I felt an that there was great support and availability from my assessor if i need to speak with him about any issues i may be experiencing through the course.I had to take a break in the middle when i switched companies that was not a problem but was encouraged to get back on track in my own pace.
I recommend Endeavour training they are a fantastic service provider

Gary was/is a tremendous assessor, ensuring the course and the assessments were efficient and friendly.

Some forms felt a bit clunky, evidence selection and summary lists did not always line up and some terms may need updating but that is just nit-picking.
