I was over joyed when my parcel arrived .As It took a long time come I had nearly given up hope and thought 🤔 💭 I had been coned . It had arrived in one piece and when I set up the rock salt light it was a absolutely gorgeous Thank you😋😉

I got a self care box for my mum for Mother’s Day, she loved the crystal collection! Arrived quickly and nicely presented

Well it took slightly over a week to arrive, but after some pleasant exchanges of information my GIANT lamp arrived. Although it was extremely heavy it went together very easily and send out a wonderfully soothing rosy glow. I highly recommend this attractive lighting solution for any home or office setting.

Having problems with my purchase. 1 week later and I still have not got my items and plus it’s really hard to track where the package has been. Not happy at all! 🙁

I ordered a crystal lamp before christmas it never got delivered because the mail man left it outside and it got stolen i requested money back but nothing yet and its 2 months later iv sent miltiple emails and had no helpful replies

Crystals and obelisk were nice but much smaller than expected, especially for the price. No response from customer service to my email asking to return items.

I ordered a lamp before Christmas and paid extra for next day delivery. Not only have I not received my goods the only time I heard from anyone was when I emailed them and they blamed DHL!

Crystal received was broken, emailed and no response. Went through instant messaging on their website and while they asked for photos as evidence still no response.

Have ordered a few thing and happy with items and service. So a bit disappointed with the last few Crystal's I received for present as 4 out of the 6 were much smaller than expected and 2 were quite ruff at one side.

Product arrived quickly, lovely packaging my only issue would be the size of the products are quite a bit smaller than I expected But saying that the products I bought were excellent.

Following up from my 1 star review on 19 October. The company did send a replacement for my missing item, which I received today, along with a free gift. Thank you.
