i purchased a WI FI Smart Home Security Kit, it came nicely packaged although outer box had been opened and retaped together, not a great start, The product looks well made for the price and on the box it says "Easy and Quick Installation" This I found far from easy and quick. First of all the QR code on the installation keaflet was not working, so I downloaded an app from the app store, Trying to install and pair the camera just did not work, eventyally I managed to speak to someone in support who wanted me to watch a video, but trying to watch on my phone screen and switch to the app back and forth was not practical. Also the video was of poor quality and voice was very quiet, the video shows someone scrolling through various stages on a mobile phone but you cannot see the mobile phone scrteen properly. I was told earkier that the app I had downloaded was for a different camera and was given a link to the correct app YOOSEE.
Eventually I paired the camera by direct connection to my router, as all the other suggestions did not work, I have now got everything working but finding the options required on the app is not easy, and the fonts on the app are very very faint and difficult to read. I have set the alarm sensors on the time schedule and I hope its correct because the time zone is UTC+1. I worry that the alarm might be triggered outside of ht hours I have selected because of the UTC, then I hav the problem of scrolling through the app to silence it. My next issue is to add other users.
I suggest that this app is far from simple and not very user friendly. So overall I would not recommend this system unless you are very tech savvy.

Customer service is non-existent!
Brought and installed 2 x hexagonal with boarder showroom lighting kits and they tripped the lighting circuit when turned on. They worked find when one unit was disconnected and vice versa. I called technical to see if they had a solution as changing MCB type etc on the circuit didn’t work. I was told to send an email with the issue and someone would get back to me with a solution. I’ve chanced twice since the first email and still no response (2 months!) good job my customer was patient. I solved the issue myself in the end and split the circuit due to the inrush current.
Don’t buy the hexagonal lighting it’s cheap Chinese rubbish over priced!

The wireless pairing is very difficult - I have failed to pair two switches at all. When they are working they are unreliable and do not always switch on or off. The kinetic switches are pretty flimsy and after using one fairly infrequently it simply stopped working.
I would never recommend these to anyone.

I had purchased three security cameras and they were working fine. After a few months, the camera in the kitchen stopped working. I contacted customer support and Raj was very helpful. I sent him photos of the camera and he sent a replacement straightaway. Unfortunately, the replacement was also faulty. I contacted Raj and he replaced it immediately. That is what I call good qualty customer service.

I had trouble pairing up my outside socket, contacted ENERJ via whatsapp and their engineer called me and talked me through the set up, easy when you know how, thanks for your help, it was much appreciated

Excellent service quality and delivery. The help I received from Raj in support was excellent. I would recommend everyone to get these outdoor sockets for outdoor lights they are amazing and great for me as security I can turn all the external lights on from my bed if I hear a noise in the night.The outside lights are stunning. The kit is absolutely useless, will not connect flashing lights still not connecting. Returned to seller. What a waste of time

This is the worst piece of kit I have ever purchased. The camera only moves in one direction when it moves at all. Currently, waiting for the installer to come & have a look at it. Don’t buy.

I have the enerj doorbell and it records all the traffic that passes my gate which is a busy road. I just want it to record traffic in my garden

Camera doorbell has disconnected and won’t reconnect. Can’t even use it without camera as it repeatedly announces ‘ready to pair’ and wears the battery down quickly.

Difficult to set up then if it goes off line impossible to get working again. Fed up with the whole thing.

Great product, easy to set up and use.

Installed the energy j outdoor cam 6 months ago and works a treat with great quality picture and zoom
