Multiple issues disappointing
The manual is not user friendly. Spent a lot of time contacting customer services for guidance on how to apply multiple elements of the product. Have to charge the battery every 4 days and I’ve only had the product 3 weeks. Will persevere but considering returning this product.

Great lights
I got lights for the the underside of the eaves on my house the electrician supplied and fitted these lights great price for the all round job and have never had an issue with them. They are so easy to work put on timer and work it all from the app on my phone which I wanted

The products are not reliable and break…
The products are not reliable and break easily. I have installed a few different bits but will never do so again. It has personally cost me time and money as an electrician getting alternatives and installing them to make up for broken and unreliable parts. I will instead always advise my customers to pay a little more and go for more reliable products such as quinetics.

Unreliable
What went wrong this time? is the question.
Where do I start?
Short battery life and missed activities on my front door, warranted that I use the camera as an indoor device, in an area with minimum activity.
The unreliability of this camera did not give me full confidence so I purchased an alternative brand with reliable features for a slightly lower price.

A good doorbell with replaceable rechargeable batteries. Takes SD card. Get the right batteries and they last quite a while. Bit awkward to have to unscrew and remove to change batteries.

Absolutely LOVE our garden string…
Absolutely LOVE our garden string lights. It’s brilliant being able to control them with the app and Alexa. The lighting modes are fab, I particularly like multi and fade. The only problem is we have several rogue lights which no longer display certain colours. I’m going to check each one and try a reset which will hopefully help (I read somewhere on a help forum). Great product though. I would buy more.

Really good experience with multuple products. Cameras working great - quality video (live and recording), fantastic 2 way communication and moat of all the simplicity of getting everything up and running.
