Brilliant service for a one-off, low cost order. User-friendly website that made it easy to input the text and format that I wanted, and an email check to make sure it was correct. Less than a week from order to (free) delivery by first class post, and a quality product. Exactly what I wanted.

Ordered two small heart brass tags for my dogs - could not be more pleased with the results. My dogs are between 2kg and 3kg so a lot of tags are too big/heavy for them but these are perfect. Great quality and fairly inexpensive too. 10/10 would buy again.

They respond to emails very quickly. The plastic dog tags are fantastic! You can print on both sides. Easy to read and quiet. And they ship fast

Half the price of every other quote I got so was expecting something lower quality but the small plaque I had made was excellent, great quality and a very fast service. Exactly what I ordered - not a bad word to say about these guys.

I had accidentally left out some information that needed to be engraved on my dog tag. Customer service was very kind and quick to help me fix my mistake on the order. Dog tag arrived faster than expected and it's beautiful. It is of much higher quality than any of the other dog tags I'd seen online and in different stores.

This is not the last time I will be ordering from Engraving Studios.

I couldn’t fault this company! I ordered the small dog bone tag and it came within 7 days of ordering, and even thought I put the wrong dogs name on hahaha! It looks great I’ve ordered another and I know I’m going to get a great product from them!

I’ve used Engraving Studios three times now and their customer service is amazing. If you have any questions they are really helpful and their plaques are always made to a high standard and to your own bespoke design. In my experience I’ve submitted my order and they have contacted me in an hour or two with my bespoke design, I’ve approved it and they have shipped it the same day. Perfect service. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a small brass commemorative style plaque for the opening of our summer house/bar as a bit of fun (so had to be low cost).

Brilliant....from order to delivery! Bought a dog tag and tag lock and they are great. The tag lock much easier than a split ring and seems very secure. The dog tag is lovely....sturdy with black easy to read engraving (I bought a humourous one).I also emailed to ask for an amendment and Andy responded quickly and politely which was great as often hard to contact companies, but not in this case. Very quick turn around too. I would definitely use again....but doubt it will be anytime soon as the tag is made to last. If you're looking for a tag don't think twice about ordering one!

Mine was only a small order but the service was fantastic. The product perfect, excellent quality, and inexpensive. I thoroughly recommend.
