I would never recommend this pathetic site to anyone you may as well throw the money I spend with them in the bin the doctors are pathetic and I would strongly recommend looking for another trt company TOTALLY PATHETIC!!!

My experience:

The initial consultation was great, sorted a plan and did bloods etc, started treatment.

3 months later ran out of treatment, had no message from them to do blood testing or order new meds, no option in the app to do either. No message to re-do consultation.

Assurance they would let me know when needed to do a new consult etc. it nothing in the app or any messaging.

Kept charging me. The monthly fee for zero management or service is a joke.

AI bot for all messaging is also bad. Cancelled the monthly subscription as zero service outside the initial consultation to sign you up.

They are only after subscription frees and won’t offer any service aligned to what you pay. Even cancelled with their AI bot and no message from a human.

The doctor i have dealt with has been very informative and reassuring of the whole process and what to expect over time. Put me at ease

Ive only just begun treatment plan with these guys but so far the have been absolutely wonderful , very informative and transparent so far , the blood work and Consultations have been straight forward and an easy process. I highly recommend these guys for your male treatment plans

Quick, organised and easy. Very professional

Tested a year ago with EMC and then tried to fix the low results myself naturally. A year later nothing had improved - I was hesitant, but did my research and saw that the doctors suggestions aligned with best practices. The prescription itself contained everything I needed, so it was super convenient. It’s only been three weeks and I feel remarkably clearer of mind & have much more energy.

The service provided by Hormn since switching over from Enhanced Mens Clinic has been completely abysmal. I have been charged for 7 months without receiving service, when I have contacted support and requested a phone call no one has called. The service appears to now be ran by AI Chatbots. With the change to Hormn it no longer has a deal with the only blood testing clinic in my town with the closest clinic in their network 4 hrs away from me in a different state. Therefore on top of paying them for bloodwork I’ve now received a further charge from the local clinic. And still I have no service, they now want to charge me to do the whole onboarding process again. I will not be continuing treatment with HORMN.

Hormn was very easy to deal with, the treatment was prompt and the doctor made everything easy to understand, it is also very well priced

Total rip off you better off getting the bloods done yourself and just buying product separately they will charge you just to access your own portal which does nothing but allow you to buy product.

They charge you compulsory needles for every product product purchase.

Hidden costs everywhere.

Very easy to navigate through the process, and always kept updated on progress.

Took a little for things to get sorted but good customer support through that process and the end result is excellent thus far
