Buyer Beware! This is a complete scam operation with customer service entirely handled by AI. I placed an order for an Impresario 12 watch winder. After three weeks, the order was never shipped and they kept sending me false tracking data. Each time the emails were supposedly from a different representative. I eventually had to file a fraud complaint with American Express. I can't evaluate their actual product because nothing was ever shipped or delivered.
Here's the timeline:
3/2 Emailed customer service to request a military discount. Got a response from Andy stating that they would offer a $100 discount, but needed to verify the shipping cost to my address. I sent my address.
3/4 Email customer service again to ask if they are going to send the final purchase price.
3/5 Andy responds that shipping is free, but asks me to confirm my address again.
3/6 Steve emails and says that he will be my account manager. Sends a payment link and I pay immediately. My card is charged and I get an order confirmation email, stating FedEx Home delivery within 3-7 business days.
3/9 Hans emails and says that he's my account manager now. He sends me pictures of a plastic wrapped plastic wrapped watch winder, which is the correct model, but they're the same pictures I've seen posted on eBay. Also sends a picture of exterior box that has a clearly photoshopped image of a post-it note on it with only my first name. This was supposed to be the proof that they were shiipping me an order. He asks to confirm my address again.
3/13 Get an order update email, this time from Paula, stating that thy are fine tuning the order and I will receive my order status within 2 days.
3/15 Second email from Paula, clearly just AI auto messages at this point, again stating that they're fine tuning my order and will update me on the order status within 2 days.
3/17 Third email from Paula, stating that they're fine tuning my order and will update me on the order status within 2 days.
3/18 I use the online chat function to request updates. Steve is back this time, stating that my package is already in the United States and he will let me know when it is ready to move to the next phase.
3/19 Fourth email from Paula, stating that they're fine tuning my order and will update me on the order status within 2 days.
3/21 Fifth email from Paula, stating that they're fine tuning my order and will update me on the order status within 2 days.
3/21 I immediately email customer service and ask to cancel the order since they still haven't shipped after two weeks. They respond by stating that my order has been shipped and provide me with a tracking number for UPS (not FedEx as indicated on my order confirmation). They even note in their email that the tracking number was created on 2/26...8 days before I even placed the order. Plus, the label is for delivery to Illinois (I live in Maryland), and UPS shows that only the label was created, but they still haven't received any product from the vendor.
3/23 It's clearly fraud at this point so I email again asking to cancel the order. I get a response from Steve saying that their shipping system is undergoing changes which caused the incorrect tracking number.
3/23 Steve writes back, stating that he's personally looked into the situation and the delay was with a third-party service provider. He says he can guarantee that the shipment will be delivered within 3-4 days, plus he'll throw in an extra watch holder for the inconvenience. He says "That said, I do respect your position. If you still prefer to cancel, please let me know." I respond stating that I still want the order cancelled.
3/23 Despite writing that the order could be cancelled, Steve writes back a few hours later and states that under their policy, once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled. He shares a link to the enigwatch webpage shipping policy. Nowhere in their policy does it state this, plus, they still have zero proof that the order is in transit, only a shipping label for a different address made a week before I ordered, and for a product that wasn't actually provided to UPS to ship. I again tell him that I want the order cancelled.
3/24 Generic customer service email writes with the audacity to state that, after looking into the situation, they have the correct tracking number...then share the same false tracking number that was created a week before I placed the order. The tracking still shows that it is only a label and no product has ever been delivered to UPS by the vendor. That means they, even for the person this label was created for, they created a label on 2/26 and by 3/24 they still hadn't provided anything to UPS for shipment.
3/24 Steve provides me with a Chinese website for 56Yorky and says I can track the order there. Naturally I can't.
3/25 I initiate a fraud investigation with AMEX.
Ordered a winder on January 31st. Was sent email 2 days later that the watch has shipped. 2 days after that another email say order is delayed we will update you with tracking soon. 2 days later another email tracking coming soon. Turns out these are all automated to send and just scam emails. They don’t actually send anything out. When I ordered the watch it said I’d have it in a week. Emailed them on feb 5 and again on feb 7. To this day I have not gotten a response to my email. I called them and to the to cancel my order and give me a refund. Clearly they are a scam company especially after now reading all these other reviews. Was told they need a supervisor to give me a refund and one might not be available for a day or more. What? What kind of business is this. I filed a chargeback with AMEX hopefully they solve it. If you read this review before you order please shop elsewhere. Buy an Orbita winder much higher quality much more professional I regret not reading reviews first.
UPDATE- They emailed me saying my order would go out Feb. 24th, that was also a lie. They did not send it out and Amex gave me my money back they didn't even respond to Amex so keep that in mind on how well you will get dealt with as a customer.

Testing the actual winding times proved some discrepancies. So I literally opened it up. Instead of the advertised Swiss-made Maxon motors, I found Mabuchi RF500TB at 7$ each! What followed was a series of emails with poor excuses (installed by mistake), wanting me to wait (so that my chargeback window expired) for a second unit which never arrived. I ultimately got my money back, fortunately. After that, they disappeared. I even offered to buy a new one, if they really had Maxons in it. So all in all an horrible experience, horrible customer support (they don't even sign with their full names), and FAKE products (eg. claiming expensive Swiss motors vs cheap Chinese ones).

Shipping was excellent and the packaging was outstanding. Everything arrived perfectly protected, and the unboxing already felt premium. The Macassar wood finish looks elegant and the build feels solid. The motor is a highlight too. It’s ultra-quiet around 10 dB, so even at night it’s basically silent.
The fingerprint system is a nice touch, modern and easy to use, and it adds extra peace of mind. In the box you get the winder, a universal power adapter, and a remote control, which is genuinely handy for quick adjustments.
Overall, it feels like a proper piece for watch collectors: refined, quiet, and well thought out. I’m already planning to buy another one for my office

Improvements needed - No communication after purchase and i had to follow up 5 plus times. No instructions manual for a 14K$ product. That to me is not ok. It took more than 3 months to deliver.

Ordered yachtline 8 watch winder sept 15th. It took over 1 month to receive. Once received i noticed it did not have the 8 expandable pillows.I reached out thru the chat line and by phone and was told they no longer use them. The coo promised to call me back however he never did. I have currently disputed this purchase with my cc company and have stoped payment, I requested a shipping label to return , Very dissapointed

I came to this website to see if I'd been scammed out of almost $2,000.00. I was shocked to see so many good reviews. I ordered a watch winder on November 24, 2024. It is now March 8 and I still haven't received it. I've spoken with customer service twice and was told it's "with the delivery company". I've also emailed them several times and the two times they replied they asked me to confirm my address as they claim the delivery company says it is undeliverable since no such address exists. I receive packages multiple times a week from Amazon, Uber Eats, Canada Post etc etc. so I have no idea what to think at this point. It's extremely frustrating to say the least.

I was really excited to order the Impresario™ Series 6 Watch Winder from Enigwatch.com because their website looked great. They promised delivery in 3 days by FedEx, but even after 10 days, I haven't received any tracking info or updates. I emailed them with my concerns, but 4 days later, I still haven't received a reply. My order still shows as "ready to be shipped," and I'm not sure where I stand. I have faced many issues with the company after my order because my watch winder arrived very late and when ita arrived it was damaged. However, Nathalie had contacted me and she made sure things were settled and they shipped me a new winder and refunded me fully so she did her best to fix my bad experience and i appreciate that they didnt ignore my concern and tried to fix it as much as possible. On the other hand, the new winder arriced in a great condition and its working brilliantly since i received it.

After receiving the replacement watch winder I am in a position to update my review. Despite my skepticism following my initial experience, the new winder arrived in great condition and has worked flawlessly.
The customer service department followed up repeatedly to ensure my satisfaction and generously refunded the shipping costs and a portion of my purchase to compensate for the delays in shipping and inconvenience.

Since about three weeks ago, I've been using the watch winder. Before putting all of my watches in this watch winder, I set them all to the same time. Three weeks later, I took a close look and saw that none of them were off by more than a minute. That is so cool, because my old watch winder would often give different times for different watches after a long time. I'm glad I decided to spend a lot of money on it because of the following: 1. Work of the highest quality 2. Well thought out and made 3. The same movement in all places, which made all watches show the same time 4. The way the lights are placed inside the winder makes it look even better. 5. The top can hold watches that don't wind themselves and extra watch bands. 6. Different sizes of watch can fit in the holes. I'm thinking about getting my dad another one for his present next year. After spending so much on watches, it's important to buy a good watch winder to keep them in good shape. This is definitely an important purchase to keep the watches in good shape.
