I have their sectional and I love it

I have their sectional and I love it. I love that everything is completely washable not just the cushion and pillow covers. This is the only way I could do a white couch. It is also very comfortable. I have had it for almost a year and no regrets.

Customer service is lackluster to say…

Customer service is lackluster to say the least. I have been wanting to order a couch with this company for months now, not one single bit of response back, no one picks up the phone... nothing! Will not be purchasing a couch anymore

Follow up Review

So after my initial review on 12/24, Adam who says he's the Customer Relations Manager reached out to me weeks later to resolve my order issue. My 3 seater with ottoman came the day before on Dec. 23 which was 2 months late, without the white slip covers and all the cushions were made of cheap battingl that flatten when you sit on it and not the 100% goose down as advertised. He offered me a total refund which I have not been given and said I could keep the sofa as well and my slip covers were on the way. Well, from Dec 31 when the covers were supposedly ordered and being shipped by FedEx, I did not receive them until Feb 12 and not in the white that I originally ordered, not in the beige that was offered to me after receiving my sofa and no covers, but cream. Mind you, they still have not addressed the issue of the cushions. Where is this great customer service I've been reading in other reviews because I'm completely puzzled by the lack there of. Adam or Andrew, if you get this message, I need you to call me asap.

Customer service reached out after several problems with my order. They have kindly offered me a solution that was more than fair. I know not all orders are perfect, mine just had some issues and Andy reached out to me several times to make sure I was happy.

I wanted something that looks good but still makes sense for everyday use, and this Cloud Sofa delivers. I ordered the 3-Seater Modular Sofa on Black Friday and opened it after I got back from vacation.

It feels really sturdy with the solid pine base and beech wood legs, and I’m a big fan of the removable covers. Most messes have wiped off with water and soap, and diluted bleach worked fine for anything more stubborn.

Worth what I paid.

I actually bought this sofa because a friend recommended the quality, and I’m so glad I listened. I ordered it in early October and it showed up exactly a week later on the 17th. They shipped it through FedEx and the packaging was super sturdy, so everything arrived in perfect shape.

The quality is honestly excellent. It was easy to put together and it's really comfortable. I’m also relieved to find out their warranty is the real deal, which gives me peace of mind.

But here is the best part: I have a very active cat, and I was honestly shocked at how strong the slipcover is hahah. It’s holding up great! I actually contacted them because I want to get an additional ottoman using my reward points now. I can tell this sofa is going to last a long time even with regular use. Definitely worth it!

If zero stars was an option I would…

If zero stars was an option I would give it. I purchased my sofa and ottoman back on October 10 with what was supposed to be a 7 day delivery but because of demand and logistics it would be longer. Sounded reasonable except delivery took over 2 months and then there is the scheduling of delivery and white glove professional assembly that has been a nightmare and total joke. The numerous lies, run arounds, misinformation and disinformation are many. So here I am on Christmas Eve with 4 huge ass crates with wooden supports sitting in my apartment obstructing my ability to get around my home I am left angry as hell when I should be enjoying this holiday season. I was told by Hans that assembly would be at 9 this morning but that was a lie and when I called him this morning he put me on a forever hold never to return and now no one picks up my calls. I am at the point I don’t even want this furniture anymore and that’s without even seeing it or being able to sit on it. At this point all I want is my damn money back. The headache and my sanity is not worth it. Piss poor customer service all the way around!!!

Poor customer service

I received an email on December 15 saying my sofa was ready and asking me to schedule delivery of my new sofa. I scheduled for December 23 afternoon. Expecting delivery on the 23rd, I reached out twice the week before and customer service couldn’t tell me anything about delivery. I reached out again on the 22nd and a service rep sent me an email that they claim was sent on December 12 (prior to accepting my December 23 delivery date) saying my sofa was coming from overseas and won’t even get to the US until January 6th. Something is seriously wrong with the company’s customer service. Very disappointing. Will be spending holidays without anywhere to sit this year!

Perfect white sofa for family visits 🤍

I’d been searching for a big white couch for ages — something cozy enough so my family could stay over when they visit. My friends always laugh at me for loving white furniture, but this one totally proved them wrong. It’s super comfy, easy to clean (I just take the cover off and throw it in the wash), and it honestly looks way more expensive than it is. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Great care

So I received my sofatica sofa in Grey in August, it is very pretty. It was just what I was looking for. The cushions fell very short of comfort for me. Not cloud like or supportive. I contacted customer care, sent them all the info that was asked for. Adam who was my contact was quick to get back to me about the issue. As of right now Adam has put in an order for new upgraded cushions free of charge. Not only are they replacing my cushions, Adam is sending me a whole new replacement covers so I can change the color of the sofa. It will be like I have a brand new sofa. Im waiting on the new cushions so I don't want to review the sofa yet but as far as customer care, Adam is the best.
