I saw this company on instagram and was amazed by there hair extensions and decided to order a new closure for my wig. I went on the site and could not believe they were out of stock in all lengths !!!! Why have a hair business if you have no stock everything has sold out, and after looking at the reviews I will not be ordering anyway.

I’m extremely disappointed with the wig I purchased ,especially given how expensive it was. From the very first wear, it sheds nonstop. Every time I run my fingers through it or lightly brush it, strands come out in alarming amounts. For a wig at this price point, I expected quality, durability, and careful construction—not constant shedding that makes it look thinner by the day.

What’s most frustrating is that the wig itself looks beautiful initially, but the excessive shedding quickly ruins that. It feels like I’m watching my money fall out strand by strand. I’ve owned far cheaper wigs that performed significantly better. An expensive wig should not require this much maintenance or come with this level of disappointment. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for long-term wear or value for their money.
When I reached out to advise that I was concerned about the shedding I was told that it was me causing the issue and that if I wanted a repair it would take 3 months. Have been wearing wigs full time for over 25 years due to alopecia and waiting 3 months is simply not an option .

I ordered two Bailey wigs from Eniola hair around August or September last year. The hair feels nice and I love the colour. The only issue is there is lots of short broken hairs around the crown of my wigs. I think for just over 2k per wig that’s not good enough. I’ve been wearing way cheaper human hair wigs for 6 years and never had the short hairs on the lace look this bad.

I am extremely disappointed in my wig and the service. I had heard great things about eniola and had recently lost my hair due to chemotherapy. I really didn’t have the money to be spending on such an expensive wig, but I splurged because I thought the quality would be better than a cheaper wig. I purchased the wig in December and I didn’t end up wearing it until March and by April the wig was already starting to bald in some areas and the color drastically changed from a light brown to like a yellowish orange. I have worn extensions for years and have and use the best quality hair products and at this point it hadn’t even been washed yet. I reach out to eniola and I was told that I basically couldn’t do anything because it was past the warranty but I hadn’t even gotten to actually wear it for that length of time and that I really couldn’t do anything about it and that it had to have been my fault.
