Unfortunately can't say much good about this service. We were told we needed to update to the Enplug Platform from Spectrio as that was being phased out. We were skeptical as our customer service with Spectrio had been hit and miss at best with very little from them besides a platform from which to play our own created content, but worked with a person named Kat who got us the new Enplug contract. We signed before May 9th, then the next day received an abrupt email saying that it was her last day with the company and that Patrick would be taking over. A couple weeks later on May 19th and we had still heard nothing from anyone from the company - no email etc., just silence. We reached back out to the new rep and he apologized with the lack of communication and we finally got up to speed or so we thought.) Now it's June 26th with no further updates, we still have no Enplug service, no new device was sent - nothing has changed and no further communication from them etc. It's time to look elsewhere for our lobby digital feed. Very disappointing.
