Unfortunately can't say much good about this service. We were told we needed to update to the Enplug Platform from Spectrio as that was being phased out. We were skeptical as our customer service with Spectrio had been hit and miss at best with very little from them besides a platform from which to play our own created content, but worked with a person named Kat who got us the new Enplug contract. We signed before May 9th, then the next day received an abrupt email saying that it was her last day with the company and that Patrick would be taking over. A couple weeks later on May 19th and we had still heard nothing from anyone from the company - no email etc., just silence. We reached back out to the new rep and he apologized with the lack of communication and we finally got up to speed or so we thought.) Now it's June 26th with no further updates, we still have no Enplug service, no new device was sent - nothing has changed and no further communication from them etc. It's time to look elsewhere for our lobby digital feed. Very disappointing.

This company is a sinking ship

With the advent of smart tv's their product is becoming obsolete. They charge $200+ for a streaming device which is buggy – we had 1 faulty device upon receipt and another 2 that subsequently died. Upon reaching out to support to fix or replace the dead devices, they simply stopped responding to my emails. Next step, cancellation of their service due to poor products, competitive pricing elsewhere and poor customer service.

I emailed them to cancel. No response for weeks. I call to confirm cancellation and they can't find my account. Ask for my account number – it is NO WHERE to be found on their website. I get transferred around to various people who can not help in cancelling my account and shoved back into an email support thread.

SUPERB

I absolutely love Enplug. I have 40+ devices for my company and throughly enjoy the product, the apps, the quick customer service and look forward to a long relationship with the company.

Simple Digital Signage!

You can't ask for an easier interface for digital signage. Product as not as robust as some of the larger companies in the space, but the team seems open to listening to feedback and creating new apps every month.

Works, but takes a lot of work

Our business has been a customer since Sept 2015. We have 2 devices in a retail setting that have required monthly support tickets because of issues. Support responds rather quickly, however it's infuriating that there is not direct phone support - you submit an email ticket and then have to schedule a support call. The monthly subscription fee is more than our POS subscription costs that runs out whole business so it's hard to justify the ROI.

Hi Kali, I'm very sorry to hear you've had a rough experience getting started with Enplug. We aim to make our devices as easy to get up and running as possible, and clearly you didn't find that to be the case. I notice that you started with us in September, when we were first rolling out a new model of device and working out some kinks. From looking at your tickets, it looks like unfortunately you ran into the two separate issues we had around that time. We've released major software and hardware upgrades with our Device, Dashboard, and DisplayOS 4.0 to ensure the system is reliable and stable for every client worldwide.

Regarding direct phone support, we are sorry you have had this experience. Since you've expressed how important this is to you, I'll email you personally to make sure we find a solution that works better for you. To explain our thoughts on phone support, we decided to replace general direct phone support with scheduling after doing a large volume of testing with our support processes. We found that allowing customers to schedule calls directly on our support team's calendar allowed us to help about 3 times as many people per day compared to direct phone support, since it eliminated missed calls, voicemails, and phone tag - making sure we got in contact with the right person on the first try.

Again, I will reach out to you directly to make sure we are giving you the support you need to have a successful rollout of your digital Signage solution.

Great Marketing Tool!

Enplug has been a great marketing tool for our restaurant! We have seen a measurable increase in social media engagement since installing the Enplug platform. The true benefit of Enplug is that it encourages guests to market our business in a fun, organic way. There would be no way for us to reach as many potential customers using traditional media, so we feel we get a tremendous ROI from a nominal monthly fee. They are also very responsive and customer service is top notch.

Enplug was a great addition to my restuarant.

Enplug set up an interactive menu board in my Salad restaurant. It was a great addition and I am so glad we decided to go with Enplug. The pictures of our Salads were crystal clear and each text description could be easliy read from a distance. It was also a breeze to make changes through my computer. We also had an interactive social media display screen where the customers could post while they where waiting in line. This was extremely popular, and we used this display to post our daily specials and any other content we wanted to share with our customers. Enplug's customer service is A+, and our rep Jesse was the best rep I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Enplug.

Finally found a great solution!

Several options out there for digital signage, but we found Enplug to be the most user friendly,flexible, and responsive in customer service for questions. Great to see it's constantly improving and evolving. It's the solution I was looking for to centrally be able to control the marketing message in-store on a TV.

Enplug is great!

Have had Enplug for over a year now in four locations- overall experience has been great since day one. Customer service is quick and very helpful, device itself is plug in & power on, online set up is very easy. My customers love the social media wall it drives social media tremendously and attracts more followers. Using the graphics wall to display our specials or advertise for other companies (covers our cost) is a great way to build business relationships. Definitely recommend the Enplug system!
