Not received and no refund. Lack of customer service
Ordered on Friday, still not sent come next Wednesday. Emailed company, was told it was dispatched. After a week, I receive a notification from PayPal that I will receive a refund. However, still pending and no refund yet. Emailed company why, still no reply. I live in UK and company is based in the UK.

Our automated system cancels orders and issues full refunds if they are not delivered within the specified time frame. You can keep the item, and once you receive confirmation from PayPal about the refund, please know that we have already initiated the refund from our end.
