Terrible Service.
Update 09/09/26 we are still waiting for a refund. We were advised on 01/09/26 that a refund would be processed in two parts and nothing received.
Update 28/08/26 We are still waiting.. It is now over the 30 day threshold for a refund. Accounts haven't contacted me.

We placed an order on 08.07.26 expecting the item to be despatched and sent for delivery within a week as that is what the website led us to believe. The order was chased on 16.07.26 where we were advised the item had been shipped and advised that tracking details would be sent. On 22.07.26 we still hadnt received the item or tracking details so chased again to then be advised the item would be 4-5 weeks. on 23.07.26 we cancelled the item on the website.
To date we are still waiting for a refund and have had no response despite emails and calls and find it very hard to believe that 30 days to process a refund is acceptable in this day and age. Suffice to say we will not use this company again.

I placed an order and 17 days later I have still not received delivery. I keep getting the same story from customer services whilst the delivery date keeps being pushed out. 29 in stock, held in a European warehouse and 17 days later still no delivery to the UK.........not good!

Refund Promised Since January – Still Waiting
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend doing business with EnrgTech.
We placed our order on 31 July 2025. After the order was placed, the delivery date was repeatedly postponed, and eventually we requested a refund.
They have been promising to issue the refund since January 2026, but unfortunately, we are still waiting. So far, we have received only promises and repeated delays, with no actual refund.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious when doing business with this company. An order that started in July 2025 has now turned into more than a year of delays and unfulfilled promises.

I paid for supply of items. I had an email from them to say that the items were no longer available and despite several emails and a phone call to their accounts I have been unable to get my money refunded. These guys are not to be trusted please be aware.

BEWARE EVERYBODY, they are a scam. I paid for a Jetson orin nano. Few days later, they told the price has changed and I need to pay more, but I already ordered at the previous price. I disagreed and told them to cancel my order for a refund. It's been 21 days and I have not received a refund. They hold onto your money to do whatnot. They mislead about their stock numbers. They bait by showing the cheapest price on the internet, do not fulfil their orders, and give refund dates for a month. I do not see any retailer doing these shady tricks.

Repeated delays - definitely buy elsewhere
I repeatedly had delays to two separate orders. I had to cancel one, and the second, independent order, for an entirely different product, took 6 weeks instead of a few days. Each week I would contact customer service, and they would say the order would arrive by the end of the week. This continued for a month. Terrible company.

After 3 weeks I gave up waiting for my parts to arrive and cancelled the order. They quote items being in stock when there are none in reality...... but still take your money. Wasted time chasing the order and was given a different story each time.
Wished I'd looked at reviews before placing my order !

Scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They sell goods they don't stock and I'm still waiting for a refund 3 months later. Small claims court case is now being opened and also reporting to action fraud. Disgusting company and probably the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Ordered and item that went onto backorder for weeks. I ended up cancelling the order. Then was told I had to contact them to get a refund. After numerous emails, I still haven't had the refund. The order was placed on the 14/04/2026!
I would avoid this company at all costs! They are scammers. I will be contacting Action Fraud regarding this case.

They don't send and sit on your money for a month...
I would avoid using ENRGTECH based on my experience.
I placed an order on the 11th when the item was shown as being in stock. By the 24th it still hadn't been dispatched, so I cancelled the order after nearly two weeks of waiting.
To make matters worse, my refund wasn't processed when I cancelled. I was then told it could take up to two more weeks to receive my money back.
Selling items as in stock, failing to dispatch them for almost two weeks, and then holding onto the customer's money for another two weeks after cancellation is not the level of service I expect. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.
Now 31st Still no refund.
