This site for MY IQ IS A SCAM. I see I’m not alone on this site. I only sign up for the $1.00 plan and surly I did not subscribe. I started out in myiq.com and ended up with envest research inc. Now these two names here were saying that they canceled my subscription but didn’t see any transaction charges. In which I showed them their information from my bank. Now how can you cancel something and not see the charges. Ok I text my iq and I text envest research both are under the same get help!!! I recorded every notes they text me and I will take action. I used them because I saw Trustpilot . Misusing this company name.

This is a scam site. MYIQ started making unauthorized charges over and over.

I clicked on myIQ to do a $1.00 charge test. I did not agree to a subscription. This Envest Research Inc charged me repeatedly until my account was empty.
This is a total scam and no way to get a refund.
Initially first and second charges on Dec13,2025 $0.50;second charge $0.50;third charge Dec 202025 $24.99; fourth charge Jan 17, 2026 $24.99.

Via Instagram when I clicked on the myIQ.com ad I read that there would be a one time payment of $1 so I paid the fee for my test results. Then I got an email saying "thanks for joining". Then 6 days later I got a charge stating that I was charged a monthly $29.99 fee by Envest Research Inc. I didn't understand since I never signed up for a monthly charge. Then I looked at the "thanks for joining" email they sent me and at the very bottom in a very light type stating that in 7 days I will be charged $29.99 on Jan 11th. Here's the thing, they charged me on Jan 10th so I used this information and sent it to them expecting a refund to which their customer service basically said, they can't refund me because I have used their service and because it's a subscription. This company is basically a scam that is using predatory behavior to cheat people of their money.

Envest took $29.99 out of my bank account without permission or authorization. They were authorized to take $1.00. They did that, but a few days later they took an additional $29.99. I disputed the charge with CashAp and CashAp denied my refund. CashAp and Envest.co are not reputable companies. Users beware!

Stop taking money from people that you don't know that your taking it because you put a different amount then wait a couple days and help yourself to their accounts.

this app is a hoax. the articles sound like they’re written by AI, along with all of the good reviews on here. their customer support email doesn’t exist and there’s no phone number. they will charge you whenever they want, and you can’t change your billing info or cancel the subscription because it will hit you with an error message. if you’ve already signed up, good luck; you’d be better off disputing the charges with your bank then trying to contact these losers.

As other comments mention, just selected the $1 amount to pay and it deducted that plus $20+ payment x3 times. DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE!

You signed up and choose the amount you like to pay, without subscription then 5 min later they subscribe you anyway and charge you not one but 2 different fees, without any warning. When you try to get refund they excuse is they refund policy , no matter you wanted the services or not! They making money out of people on a very shady way and their customer service is useless unhelpful and ignorant!

Do not sign up even when you choose the 1 dollar fee they charge you with an other 70 dollar on top of it! Disgusting scammers

You as customer authorize payment for the 7 day trial, then they take that money and 30 minutes later, they also take money for a month subscription as well, without your consent. They steal your money, they are thieves.

This company falsely advertises a 30-day money back guarantee and uses fraudulent tactics.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I tried to cancel my free trial but all I get is an error message and they charged my card $24.95. I will be contacting my credit card company and the better business bureau

I have been trying to cancel my subscription to this site for 4 months. I’ve disputed it with my CC company but they say the T&C requires I cancel it from the site. When I go to the “Cancel Subscription” button you get a “ unable to complete this request try again later” message.

Going to try tge CC company again and see if I get anywhere

Also I think most of the reviews on here look and sound like they have been using employees to write them.
