So, it turns out Envirobiomics doesn’t even have a proper mold lab license. My daughter got a test done there, and when I looked up references and research on the ERMI score, I could see the test itself is useful, but the way they report it is really sketchy. No proper controls or anything. I dug deeper, and the lab isn’t even licensed. Such a disappointment and a complete waste of money. Not recommended specially for people with health issues.

This test really helped give us a peace of mind when our landlords refused to test our home after I was sick for months. Turns out it was due to mold exposure and the person I spoke to about my results was really helpful. Have used this to test our homes ever since and appreciate how quickly the results come back.

THe testing is the best you can get for mold testing. Ive tested many places I stay. They also have great customer service

Their testing cannot be used as evidence in court. Refused to cancel my $600 order that was still processing. Buyer beware. We must not reverse through our bank to recoup our money. Go with a different company.

Not trustworthy. Their results make it appear there is a problem when there is not. They'll tell you there needs to be retesting and remediation when there are just normal levels of mold in your home. Don't pay the money!

Its a scam, the kit they charge around 70 dollars to send you overnight is just a dry sweeping clod, a pair of latex gloves and a ziplock bag. Its predatory to charge such an immense amount of money with a unworkable and unreasonable return policy, they know most costumers will not be able ro request a refund before the kit is shipped. Furthermore, if you have mold just have a reputable company clean it up or break the lease

I ordered a $300 kit for my sick mother, and they’re saying they won’t accept it now as they have some time limit. Say we have to pay again and order a new kit. Taking advantage of sick ppl, shameful.

After receiving the dust cloth and instructions after prepaying $250, I called for clarification on the instructions. The first person I spoke to didn’t know the answer so I was transferred to the “mold specialist” who was equally as clueless and tried to give me an answer to my question but it made no sense. I continued pressing her for a better understanding of the instructions and she became impatient and rude, telling me I only had 30 more seconds. I felt so disrespected. I told her I wanted to cancel the test. She couldn’t have cared less. Said to email them, which I did. They wrote back saying they will refund me 80%. Huh? They haven’t done any work yet, since I never performed the test to send to them. They refused to fully refund me, saying it was their policy. This company is incredibly unprofessional. Go elsewhere for ERMI test!

I feel scammed by this company.

We sent the sample for the ERMI test.
In the meantime, we tried to cut out a deal, because we're running low on money.

Eventually, they said they could not do anything about that, so we phoned them and asked to cancel the service.
They said it was canceled and we were to be refunded.

They never did.

When I approach them again, they said they had no record of cancelation!

This was a crazy bad experience.
