Thank you for your review.
We’re really glad we were able to repair your eScooter under warranty at no cost, in full accordance with our warranty policy.
We do want to clarify one point regarding the tyre. During our inspection, we found that the eScooter had a flat/punctured tyre. As tyres are classified as wear-and-tear items, they are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Before returning your eScooter, we contacted you and noted in your service report that we recommended replacing the damaged tyre while the eScooter was in our workshop. You chose not to proceed with the replacement at that time. We have also reached out again since to address any concerns, but have not yet received a response.
We would still be more than happy to assist further and await your reply.

For clarity, the eScooter in question was purchased second-hand and is one of our earliest models, released over four years ago. Because its components differ from our current models, the parts that were ordered, without contacting us first, were from a newer model and therefore not compatible.
Once we reached out to you directly, we were able to look into the details, provide the correct guidance, and fully resolve the issue. We’re happy to hear that you are now satisfied with the outcome, and we appreciate the updated review you’ve shared separately to reflect this.
We are currently working with Trustpilot to have this original review updated or removed, as it no longer reflects the resolved situation.

Fantastic!
My M1+ escooter arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was easy to complete it's set up, and the best bit trying it out. I was really impressed with the performance and build quality. I cannot fault Envirorides in any way. If this is their normal standard of service then I can recommend them 100%. Great Company fantastic service and most importantly an amazing product that represented fantastic value for money. Can't wait till my next ride !
