Visitor Management
The system we use for tracking our visitors and have an excellent visitor management including the acknowledgement of internal rules and procedures like safety, NDA, covid-19 related question - in a digital format is just awesome.
We have had a number of challenges…
We have had a number of challenges possibly glitches with the app. I am also disappointed there is not an admin page to manage people better.

I am the front end administrator
I am the front end administrator, so I use Envoy everyday, We only use the sign in that lets others know that their client has arrived. We don't use any other additional offerings of Envoy

It looks aesthetically pleasing, we love the customisable fields, and the system notifies everyone we need to that they have visitors in Reception.
Enhancements
Highly recommend building in an Approval Process to enable business to approve visitors prior to coming onsite. Standing up another app to integrate into Envoy is not only the added expense of developing the application but also the continued maintenance needed in addition to Envoy. Envoy should invest to add more value to their software application.
Customer support/success team members are very responsive and very good with understanding the user's needs.
Powerfull tool
Powerfull tool, everything works well and integrations are very smooth.
New features are launching from time to time, would be cool if there would be a public roadmap.

Some glitch between mobile app and desktop versions. Other than that, UI is great and what Envoy does itself is awesome.
If someone starts to sign in then…
If someone starts to sign in then changes their mind it is hard to back out.
When leaving the checkout URL is too small, it should be a button.

Top Office Management Tool
This product centralizes a lot of back-office functions for our office management/office experience teams within an app that has a simple user interface and supports many different integrations. We currently use functionality for visitors, deliveries, desks, and employee check-in, and couldn't be happier.
Their support and customer experience teams are among the best we've ever worked with and we truly feel like they're not only invested in their solutions, but also our success.

Best Visitor Management System Out There
I love Envoy. It's been a game changer for us as a Visitor Management system and to help with deliveries. It has a ton of integrations with tools that most people use, so that make it even more valuable.
In addition to that, they adjusted and offered some great features during the pandemic that really helped us and our staff as we transitioned back into the office and to help with that. Great company and constantly evolving.
