Excellent service, ordered a peg out lead for our Golden Retriever for use when we are on campsites I made the order and paid but realised apple pay had reverted the address to my home address, I emailed the company and the customer services was brilliant they changed the address for me ordered 27/6 (Friday) and it arrived 30/6. Will certainly use this website again and would highly recommend anyone thinking of ordering from this website to do so, The tie out cable is really good as well

She was extremely understanding and wanted to put the situation right so gave me the option of a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement which is even better than the item I originally ordered.
