The engineer was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk me through the system in more detail, so that I could understand what features of the system I should look to monitor on a more regular basis.

We're a year into our ASHP and solar/battery install from EPC now and everything is going perfectly. The system is great, service from the entire team has been brilliant - cant' recommend them highly enough. Not much more to add, it all just works really - no additional thought required.

Engineer carried out service in a proffesional manner, informing user of individual heating components being tested.
In addition to the service fitted pressure valve and pipe insullation.
Provided instruction as to the efficient use of the heating system and left utility room clean and tidy

Viessmann heat pump service
A very thorough annual service was undertaken by EPC as they outlined in their report. The engineer was well versed in the system we have and actually highlighted an issue with the installation where a relief drain was not correctly terminated despite having been originally commissioned by the manufacturer. (Subsequently rectified by Viessmann). Good communication and recommended for their service

EPC was recommended to me by a friend and neighbour - I also saw his Heat Pump installation and was impressed by the neatness of the work.
My experience has been very good from the very start; a good team explaining their product and their commitment to getting it right! The finished job is neat, tidy and very professionally installed. The plumbing team were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable as was their electrician counterparts. The whole process was properly "Project Managed" by a helpful and knowledgeable person who was always "just a phone call away" - the commissioning engineer carefully explained how to use the system and the associated App.
A great team effort from a committed and friendly company - I thoroughly recommend them.

EPC were excellent throughout the…
EPC were excellent throughout the process of investigating our Heat pump right the way through to installation and then an after check to ensure everything was finished and working. I even received a rebate after th grant had been settled.
The process was not straightforward and every step of the way I could phone up and there would be someone to answer questions and they were always supportive.
The installation was thorough and well handled. Equipment and parts arrived when they were needed, no delays and always the correct item.
The work went smoothly and even a tricky installation having to use existing ducts went well without fuss.
Then after the whole system was in and working they turned up again to do an inspection and make sure we were happy with the work, the controls and the app.
Really exceptional work and service.

Top banana! From initial engagement to the site delivery team, EPC have been great and I cant fault the quality and communication of all involved. Heating system service
Mark of EPC carried out a full service of the heat pump and heating systems. He explained what he was doing and was polite and efficient throughout. I am confident that my heating system is working as it should, and would recommend EPC for heating system service.
