Unable To Check Out! A Good Card Being Declined!

Ovrrall, the products I've ordered from Epic have been great. But this time, the EPIC Shopping Cart is refusing my Debit Card. The Card and all the info is correct,
Each time I try to pay it gives All the following errors;
▪︎ Card Number Is Not Valid
▪︎ Expiration Date Is Not Valid
▪︎ CVV is Not Valid
▪︎ Zip Code is Not Valid
After filling out the address fields, it keeps saying Shipping and Billing Address Must Match
I've checked and double-checked all the information and it's ALL CORRECT! I used the same card for a transaction elsewhere and it worked fine! I've attempted the transaction 5 times and got all the same error messages shown above. My bank says they DID NOT decline the card, that the problem is likely with EPIC's Shopping Cart software! Gonna have to find another place to purchase my concentrate!

Multi year customer and 0 customer service

I have been buying from them for a while and it’s been a good experience for the most part but my recent order has been horrible the customer service is none existent I have left emails and phone calls and not a single reply the order said faild yet still took the 40$ as of sep 24 I like ordering from here but this might be my last after a couple years

This is one of the worst experiences…

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. For the most part, things have gone alright - but this most recent transaction of mine has been horrendous.

If you need help with their customer service, GOOD LUCK. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to texts. Their voicemail is full and you can’t leave a voicemail. This isn’t just BAD customer service, it’s nonexistent. My issue has been ongoing for two entire months where my package was returned to sender and yet no correspondence has been made on their part to rectify the situation with either a refund or another package sent out.

I’ve even attempted a chargeback from my bank, but Epic Vapor can apparently communicate with the bank to say the “order has been shipped.” I’ve emailed them and texted them my tracking # which clearly says “returned to sender.” Overall, this is a disappointing company. If you’re on the fence, let me help you: save your money, because it is a headache and a half if you actually need to talk to someone here.

UPDATE: As of sending this review, miraculously, they replied to my email and are planning to send a replacement. I’m still leaving the 1 star because of how horrendous this 2-month experience has been. I don’t understand why ANY company would take ZERO action when an item is returned to them by USPS, nor do I understand why a phone number is posted yet no phone calls are taken.

Weird website but new products good

Hellfire OG, try it, you won't be disappointed. The relaxation effects are on point, this is coming from a working disabled female. My bonus every night when i get home is smoking some flower from Epic. I've never been disappointed with Epic's products, they have great communication, fast shipping.

non existent customer service

i’ve ordered a few times from this website, and most of them have been good. however, with my most recent order, i don’t know if the website glitched or what, but it used an incorrect address and even used my old phone number as the contact number. i tried contacting customer support to try and see what could be done about it. i sent multiple texts, called 3 times, and even sent 2 separate emails. and still have heard nothing. and that was all last week. the customer service is not just terrible, it’s nonexistent, which makes me very sad because, like i said, i usually love this website and their products.

This stuff is gross 🤮! I ordered two strains that looked exactly the same! Smells like nothing! Taste like ditch weed; very harsh! They sent me rejects at a premium price; and even confirmed that in an email! 😂! Hoping to help people not get duped by this company!
Definitely a negative 5 stars people!

“All of our flower is batch controlled, and we regularly reject flower that isn’t up to our standards. So, I can’t see how our flower was bad.”
“We normally reject about 10% - 20% of what we get.”

The reply is a lie! I have a photo and told them that! We wouldn’t smoke any of it! We pitched that junk! And they just sent us an email today! We didn’t care to contact them! We know fraud when we see it!

This client ordered in December and just now contacted us. All of our flower is California grown and we only select the best possible strains to sell. We have a satisfaction guarantee and accept returns for a refund, but not when clients used all of the product completely then complains months later. We asked for a photo but he said he smoked all of it. So if the flower was so bad, why did he smoke it all? That's like going to a restaurant, eating all of the food and then complaining, months later. This person is being dishonest.

UPDATE: Client, by their own reply supposedly bought bad weed, threw it away and never told us about it. Until over a month later. Ok sure! We refund if someone is not happy. But can't refund months later and when all product is consumed.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they dont respond to texts or emails, they will also will not ship out orders properly with the correct buyer information. Beware!

Their website does not fill out shipping information from Google properly, which leads to orders being shipped to different addresses.

Products work for me as advertised

Products work for me as advertised. The vape cartridges do start to taste burnt about half way thru use. My biggest problem is getting items delivered. Waiting two weeks for items is getting old. Time to move on and see what else is available i suppose.

Just received my order and everything was as advertised! I have really bad arthritis in my hand and I purchased a bottle of Tincture as recommended by some gentleman with a funny name. Have to say, I took it this morning before I started working, and it is really paying dividends right now for me.
