This product works
Speedy delivery of a product that really works. My horse has been suffering from Free Faecal Water Syndrome for months & I had tried several different supplements & probiotics. Nothing helped. Within a week of starting B Complete it has totally cleared up. Thank you

The product (B complete) has worked…
The product (B complete) has worked wonders for my 27 year old mare who - after always being a good doer - had become very picky and lost a lot of weight (Teeth very good for her age and all blood tests fine). B complete perked her up, appetite and weight totally restored! She has now been through several boxes since I started her on it last Spring, BUT - due to a bad experience - I do not leave my card details with companies - so am having to pay more, despite it being a repeat order. I also have reservations about the company SELLING a plastic measure when the cardboard ones work fine and are more sustainable. I also find it frustrating that online offers always seem to be publicised AFTER I have placed or received an order.

To avail of our Subscribe & Save offer, customers do need to set up a subscription. Please be assured that all payments are secure and staff will have no access to payment details. Customers will also get the option to pay for subscriptions via PayPal if this is something they would prefer.
We made a decision to remove our cardboard scoops as many customers found these difficult to get the most accurate measurements with. This also saves on unnecessary packaging.
The plastic scoop we offer is optional and has always been available as a purchase option for those who would have preferred it over the cardboard scoop. It is reusable and endurable so one scoop purchase should last a life time - we don't include this free of charge with all orders to cut back on plastic usage. Customers can also weigh out the required amount of product using a cup they may have at home if they would prefer to do so.

I was very impressed with the quick delivery also the follow up emails from Sarah asking how I'm getting on with the product and enquiring after my mare.
It is nice to have someone to offer help and advise when needed with any queries I might have

Good box, bad box.
No more nerves was delivered ok as expected and product inside the box was fine, fresh looking and sweet smelling, however the previous box I received was on time but the product inside was not nearly the same as previous. It smelt musty and there were a lot of dusty clumps in it. This was hopefully a one off though.

Sometimes seasonal crop variances can alter the smell and appearance of some of the ingredients we use, this is completely normal and will not affect the efficacy of the product. Marshmallow root in particular can appear rather fluffy and clumpy depending on the individual harvest.
