Great service and super quick delivery
Great service and super quick delivery. The colour strap I first ordered, I wasn’t happy with but it was so easy to exchange it for another which I am really pleased with. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Equipo again.

An error in delivery item was made, and when they were made aware of it, they rectified immediately with apologies. Couldn't have asked for better customers service from Becky's team.
Quality fine, shipping is a problem
The straps are perfectly fine and seem good quality, though they don't tell you the straps are universal and they provide a connector to adapt them to your watch.
Problems with my order - I ordered two straps for two different watches first was fine, second they forgot to include the adapters.
They don't tell you they will ship your order by Sendle who get terrible reviews. I ordered Dec30 and they weren't picked up till Jan 9 and not delivered till Jan 14 (Shipping Alexandria to Wollongong). Tracking through Sendle is very spotty, first strap arrived without any notification on tracking it was coming.
When I complained about my strap not fitting they responded pretty quickly and I got a notification my replacement was ready to sendle on Jan 23. Come Jan 29 with no movement on tracking I sent an email and magically it was suddenly picked up. Next day I get a notice that it's out for shipping and I finally get my correct strap a month after ordering an in stock item shipped about 60km from Sydney to Wollongong.
I wouldn't use them again unless they changed shipping arrangements.
Update: Equipo contacted me and said they were crediting standard shipping charge of $5.95 as a good will gesture which is nice, however if they are still using Sendle don't know that I'll be going back. For all that people complain about them AusPost is consistently the most reliable for delivery and I'd pay a bit more if companies use them.

The watch serial numbers can be confusing and it might be easy for someone like to order the wrong thing. They picked up my incorrect assumption before it was too late. Order then arrived smartly and well packed 10/10

Perfect: Google pixel watch band replacement....
Today, I receive my replacement watch band for my google pixel watch..the colour I chose: peach.
Size: small.
I followed the instructions on the short video on Equipo.co.nz site..it only took a few minutes to change over...perfect.
The team at Equipo are amazing and care about customer service..they answer queries almost immediately...this doesn't happen much now days.
Pricing: Amazing for a replacement Google Pixelwatch band...look no further.
Fit: Perfectly...and it's softer than the grey one I replaced.
Overall: perfect fit..perfect replacement.
I will definitely purchase another colour in the new year.

Prompt support. Needed correct video to fit the ear cups, and link was sent through straightaway. Call for support lodged via their website at 12:34 and issue resolved at 1:49! Super-duper impressed. and a perfect product that I was after.

Excellent service. Ordered a new strap for my Garmin 8:30pm on Thursday. Realised I had ordered a large and needed a small. Emailed at 9:30 pm asking if the order could be changed…1:30am Friday morning I get an email confirming they have updated the order and are shipping a small. Friday 10:45 the order is shipped!
The strap arrived and it’s almost impossible to tell it from the original Garmin supplied with the watch! Just a great purchasing experience.

They were quick to sort out the cause of non-delivery which was due to me not providing my full delivery address and I received it without further delay.
