Tarot deck has obviously AI generated art with numerous artistic mistakes. There's even some capitalization mistakes in the text ("The hanged Man"). Charging $50 for something an AI spit out (and not even a good AI) is outrageous. The return policy is much shorter than most at 14 days and I got their tarot deck as a Christmas gift, so unfortunately I'm unable to get my poor husband a refund. Garbage company.

I was impressed by the art and ordered 2 tarot decks. Unfortunately, it all started with extra long shipping from Vancouver to Montreal. It took them more than 1,5 weeks only to dispatch the order.

I tried to cancel the order, but unfortunately I was getting replies from AI. Only 3 email later, I finally was able to talk to a human.

They said that my order is on the way and can't be canceled. Ok... a week later I finally recieved the cards.

The major arcana was beautiful in each deck, but all the minor arcana was a disaster. Half of the cards are just random AI images (just like all art of this decks) and were missing any symbolism. So I wouldn't be able to guess what the card that was if it wasn't for the name on the card.

I message them back, asking for a refund. I was issued a Canada Post label and was advised that I will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Now after the package has arrived it's been a WEEK now! I'm still waiting for them to retrieve the package so they could exam it! And only then MAYBE I will get some partial refund.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU LOVE SOME RANDOM CARDS in your decks. Then perhaps you'll be happy after a long shipping wait.

Tarot cards from Erethereal are absolutely amazing. The energy they come with, the artwork. The packaging. And the company is amazing. Superfast and helpful responses. Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve bought all the packs and they’re the only tarot that I’ll use from now on. If you’re looking for top quality products this is the place for you.
