Ergo Desks Avis 

Quick and reliable service, even to the North of the Highlands without extra costs. All questions I had were answered straightaway by chat. I especially liked it that they were tracking the shipment themselves during transit and then called me with updates. No need to wait the rest of the day for a delivery that is stuck in some depot (which happens regularly in the Highlands). Excellent !

The desk arrived fine, but the delivery guy said he could not get it up on our kerb as it was on a palette. The palette with the desk, stand, and cable tidy was left on the road outside. The stand box was very heavy. I think if I was on my own, I couldn't have brought it into the house. Thankfully my wife was able to help.
Ergo said the delivery guy was supposed to wait 10 mins for me to check everything was ok and not damaged, but the order was so wrapped up in plastic that I was unable to check this. He then informed me that if I took any of that packaging off (to check for damaged) he could not take it back. So the 'wait 10 mins' felt like an empty gesture.

I've only just got round to assembling it, as I had to sort and decorate my new office first. I will say that my wife's idea of finding an assembly video on YouTube first was an excellent idea. The included instruction manual is not very good. The video is actually from Ergo Desks themselves and proved to be more useful. However, the assembly in the video was not accurate, and I had to use my own judgement when attaching the bits that attach to the desktop to the legs themselves.

What I was most disappointed by was the fact there were no instructions at all for how to attach the cable tidy to the desktop. I can see no reason why Ergo can't provide pilot holes in the desktop. I ended up using my own judgement.

The desk seems ok though, although there is some wobble to it when moving it left to right. Perhaps this is intentional so it has some give for the mechanism.
UPDATE: After searching online, it seems like this is a by-product of the design of the frame construction. Perhaps including a cross-bar could help eliminate this.

I think Ergo could improve things by including a URL to the assembly video. And even possibly updating the assembly video. The part where the engineer hooks up the electrics is not a whole lot of use as he is blocking the shot, for instance.

Fantastic service, and even better tables! I am so happy with the quality of the 2 x Autonomy Pro Electric Desks. They look great, and they are so functional. I ordered mine with cable management which I would also recommend. The communications throughout was excellent and when I had to rearrange a delivery it was sorted no problems. I am sure I will use again at some point, and I definitely recommend them for anybody looking for really good office furniture.

Great desk. Can fully adjust for standing or sitting for any user. Wish I'd bought one years ago.

This is a really good quality nice looking desk.
Assembly was a bit of a sweat; you need to look very carefully at the line drawings in the instructions to ensure legs are round the right way. When the motor was first activated, an error message appeared, which the instructions say is “normal”. I persisted and it was fine. Small tip: mount the button panel with operating buttons further forward than you might think, to ensure it is visible from above.
These were minor things: all in all I am delighted with my desk.

The desk delivery was fast and effective. I asked some questions to support about the worktop and got some quick response.

One of few sit-stand options for a small space. The delivery was super fast, and putting the desk together was relatively easy, though the instructions were for the larger models and so it took a bit of figuring out what to do when some parts were slightly different. The desk seems solid and the motor works smoothly. There corners of the top look a bit worn from the start, the seam between the edge and the sticker (?) on the top is not super neat. It's not something that sticks out when you look at it right away, but slightly disappointing given the price. However, all in all I am happy with the desk, but if I had a larger space I might consider a different option.

Excellent service and a quality desk. The delivery procedure is a little different than normal (they emailed to ask when I'd like delivery - not necessarily a bad thing). I called to check what time the delivery would be and they answered immediately and we're really helpful. Can't fault their product or service! Really glad I purchased through them!

Product was good and reasonably priced. The speedy response in delivery was good, where they did make mistakes they were quick to rectify with minimal fuss which made a big difference - There was no nonsense. A special thanks goes to Elaine who dealt with my orders - Everyone can make mistakes, but its about how they deal with it.
