Happy to accept order, but nil stock! Despite this payment was taken. Cheeky!
Why not make me aware prior to asking for payment?
What's done is done, but I am not using this company again.
EDIT: Have read their reply. An apology, but for goodness sake, if there's NO stock why did it state delivery will be the next day!? Their business needs a shake up and a refresh on how online orders are handled.

They both provided exemplary customer service, but Mia was especially helpful. I ended up having to return the desk I bought which she helped arrange and when I asked for other options she gave me lots of alternatives and information. Ultimately I ended up buying elsewhere due to changing needs but I was really impressed with the attentiveness and responsiveness.

Excellent Customer service
When things don't go as planned the quality of service can be measured by how quickly an issue is resolved.
Firstly the desk and pedestal bundle I ordered was offered at a very competitive price and delivered within 3 working days as promised.
Unfortunately one of the drawers in the pedestal was damaged so I took a couple of pictures and emailed customer support who replied promptly the following morning.
The replacement was delivered within two days and the following morning I received an email from customer support to ensure the replacement had taken place and I was happy with the service.
Well done Laura, excellent service.

Above and beyond after delivery problem.
After an initial delivery problem everything possible was done to make sure the re delivery was done. Office Monster went above and beyond making sure everything went to plan giving me updates and they checked I’d received it after delivery. Some of the best customer service I’ve received. We can only tell how good a company is when there is a problem that needs sorting out, I’d happily recommend them as a company without hesitation.
