Like the title says, this is a brilliant company, providing brilliant products. The customer service is polite, friendly, helpful and fast to respond, which I really value. The quality of all products purchased is absolutely top-not, belies the cost, I was very nicely blown away! I love my new desk, monitor arms, and PCU holder - what a setup! Over the moon, couldn't recommend more highly :)

I recently purchased an Agility standing desk from Ergo Desks. Both the design and performance of this desk are as good as its advertisement. It's highly a recommended product. In addition, the customer service is great as well, I asked them many questions before deciding on the Agility model. All my questions are answered with patience. Been using Altitude Pro (120 cm) for almost a year now. Great quality product. Very steady and easy to use. The one-click height adjustments are very welcome.

I ordered the altitude pro, cost me 540 pounds with the 5 percent discount form signing on. Love the desk! Strong, easy to assemble, all the holes etc. fit perfectly! Elaine helped us with the order, she's so efficient, understanding and professional when handling our order. She was able to give expect date of delivery, which is awesome. I order on Wednesday, and got the desk on Friday. No complaint what so ever.

I bought a desk from Ergo a couple of years back which is still going great. I contacted them to try and buy the appropriate cable management tidy but had no details to provide. The customer service was amazing, not only did they find the right product to suit the desk I have but also (when I messed up the order) rectified my order and arranged a very quick delivery. Elaine was there to answer all my questions when I was shortlisting my desk, she was there to organise the shipment and delivery (all on time), and she was also there to assist when a technical fault with the desk was identified - ensuring this was resolved. The Product itself is solid and sturdy, but also very elegant. I cannot wait to use my new desk!

I purchased 2 of these desks (180x80) for myself and my husband and it has been the most painless experience I think I've have the pleasure of going through when purchasing an item online. They are very well packed to ensure they arrive without any damage.
The desks arrived on the 2nd working day (ordered Thursday at 11pm and arrived on Monday 10am) so delivery was extremely fast and painless. Assembly was pretty straight forward, as a short woman I was able to assemble both desks on my own in about 4 hours (including dismantling an old desk) so I would say assembly was pain free and instructions were extremely clear (I would advise using an electric screwdriver as I only had a manual one and had to put a lot of elbow grease in for some of the screws but it is do-able).
The mechanism is so quiet and works immediately, there is no 2-5 seconds buffer whilst the motor kicks in, it is seamless and fluid movement. As we have the 180cm desk, we did have concerns that it wouldn't be sturdy as it's so big but this desk is so sturdy, even when raised, there is no moving or wobbling when typing, it's just perfectly still.
The communication I received from Elaine at Ergo was also impeccable! I got an email the next day after my purchase to pick a delivery date and on the day we communicated and responses were instant. Many companies could learn a lot from Ergo about customer service as the service I received was top level.
The quality of the desks seem so good, they're very sturdy and solid compared to my old desk (which was chipboard) and it looks really stylish.
I really have no complaints and if you're thinking of getting a standing/sitting desk, Ergodesks is really the place to go! I will definitely recommend and buy again if I am in the market again.

I placed an order in the morning of the 21st December not expecting to receive them until the new year and I actually received the desks the next day, brilliant service!
