Company bullied me into accepting a misdelivered item and threatened to pick it up and still charge me delivery fee.

Good, but keypad for stand-sit desks broke already...

What an excellent experience using Yo-Yo desk was. I thought it would be awkward because I was renovating the office and it had to be delivered at a certain time. I spoke to someone who helped and then when I got the order sent through, it had all be worked through for us. Helpful communications. We paid for someone to install (well worth the money in my view!) and he was great - put the whole desk together with minimum fuss and bother. On top of this, the desk works just how it should and has transformed my comfort in the office. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic quality and arrived earlier than expected

I have had a Yo-Yo desk pro for almost 5 years now and it has been a wholly positive change in how I work. My chiropractor has commented on my improved posture and neck issues and I am certain that this altered way of working has contrubted and has certainly prevented them becoming worse. Indeed they must be good - she has one too!

I have had my pro 2 standing desk for more than 5 years and absolutely love it. I have the heights programmed, it is large and sturdy and was really easy to assemble. Happy to recommend to anyone who wants to improve their office space.

Beyond disappointing. I really am lost for words how bad my experience with this company has been. Having received a damaged desktop and then subsequently being charged delivery for a replacement, albeit because it was 14 days outside the 30 day money back guarantee period, the replacement arrived and you guessed it DAMAGED!! So I now have two damaged desktops and I paid for the privilege. There is clearly a big issue here with either the quality checking process or packaging but from a customers perspective this is unacceptable. At the very least I would expect a full refund and apology for the inconvenience caused and will looking elsewhere for a better quality product and company.

The desk helps me to stand up from time to time. It is wide and spacious, sturdy. I would recommend this desk to others.

I ordered what was supposed to be a premium L-shaped desk, but what I received were two completely separate desk kits with no instructions on how they could possibly be joined together. The desktop should have been a single piece, yet I was sent two mismatched panels that don’t align or sit flush, leaving me to improvise with my own metal bracket just to make the desk usable. Key parts were also missing from the kits, including the required U-shaped bracket. For a desk costing over £1,250, the quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are nowhere near acceptable. Due to this poor experience, I’ve cancelled my accompanying chair order and requested a full refund. I cannot recommend this company based on what I’ve received.

[1/12/25 15:50] Spoke to David at Yo Yo. He is working with me to make this right. I expect to have some missing items from the suppliers and the install team to come around to address the missing parts.

Following my purchased Yo-Yo Desk 3 Pro back in 2020, I recently had to make use of the 7‑year guarantee when the motor developed a fault. The issue couldn’t be resolved with a replacement motor, so Yo-Yo Office arranged for a new frame to be installed.

The process was handled professionally, and the after‑care support gave me confidence in the product and the company. It’s reassuring to know that the guarantee is not just a headline but something they stand behind.

Based on this experience, I would happily use Yo-Yo Office again when my desk comes up for renewal.

I had big problem to plug the motor to the central energy block : the cable didn't fit in the holes!!
I'm talking about the little cables with 6 iron sticks. The plastic around was too thick to make the cable enter into the female part of the energy block.. I had to use my cutter, and carve the plastic.

I'm really struggling to manage the cable below it. I have bought some plastic cable management rays, but it's not really convenient. I would like to have a very neat setup where I don't see any cable.

The table that was sent to me was not the table that was purchased.

It’s just what my daughter wanted. Working from home, it’s essential to be able to stand up from time to time and still being able to work.

Happy with my purchase, it came well packaged and is well made. For the price I can't complain, but you can tell where the additional might go for a higher up model - it goes just high enough for me at the top (I'm 6 foot) and it isn't the most stable when extended. It's safe enough but as you type the monitor does jiggle around.

I purchased my Yo Yo desk four years ago, and it has been the best office investment I've made. The standing desk is solid and comfortable, easily supporting the weight of my multiple large screens while providing ample workspace for productivity.

Four years later, I encountered a technical issue, and David Rolfo at Yo Yo guided me through the process of resetting the auto feature. I truly appreciate the excellent post-sales service, even four years after my purchase!
