A great desk that helps my back problem!
The desk arrived in good time and was easy to assemble. It took just under an hour. Since using it, it has been great. It goes up and down smoothly. Customer service was also very good when I needed to check a few things before purchasing the desk.

Assembled by myself, didn't use any related service, so my order was just to pay and receive delivery. Everything was smooth and quick with no delays. The table quality is nice, its stability in standing position is also nice.

I bought the dual+ stand only
I bought the dual+ stand only. i have found that the telescopic legs are somewhat wobbly, i suppose i should have expected it but still disappointed.
A bit more detail and an update. The customer support team did reach out to me but i was very busy so never responded (my bad will respond soon)
Due to the size of my desk (Its a custom desktop) it has an odd centre of gravity. This means that the depth of the legs are not sufficient with just the two and i believe i should have bought the three leg unit.

Service is Terrible!
If I could give less than 1 star I would - but one can't! I crafted a bespoke desk with SitStand.com and it was a YoYo desk. YoYo contacted me, first they said it would be delivered the following week - then they said it would be longer as they didn't realise it was bespoke. It was rescheduled for Monday 1 July - at 17:20 on Friday 30 June I was phoned to say that the delivery company hadn't realised the desk was so big and it couldn't be delivered on Monday. By this stage I had taken the office to bits ready for the install. When I said that they had committed to a delivery they said they would come back to me. I was then called by a belligerent chap who was in charge of logistics and basically said I would have to wait for the delivery. When I asked why the courier company hadn't been informed of the size of the desk I was told some investigation would happen and he would be back in touch with me on Monday.
He wasn't - Kelly, from YoYo emailed me to say that the desk would now be delivered on Wednesday - I presumed she meant this Wednesday but when they hadn't turned up I went back to the email and it turns out it is NEXT Wednesday....so I will have to wait a week and a half for the install. Terrible communication, terrible service, no recompense at all - they offered me a cable tray and cable management tube in compensation - I refused pointing out that had I wanted those things I would have ordered them in the first place.
This desk and chair has cost me £3200 - the chair hasn't arrived as it was supposed to on Tuesday - and I have had no update, the desk is delayed because they didn't realise it was so big - despite the fact that it was a bespoke order.
Like I say - terrible terrible terrible......

We are very sorry for the issues you have faced with this order.
As you know your desktop was made to order, when the time came to complete the installation it became obvious that for Health and Safety reasons we would require a 2 man team not the planned 1 man team. Unfortunately this resulted in us having to reschedule your installation.
This was fully explained to you on several calls and whilst your frustration was understandable we did ask that you didn't treat our staff with disrespect and hoped you would agree personal safety is important. Your chair was due for delivery but those arrangements were changed by you with the carrier directly so we are unsure as to why there was another issue there.
We appreciate your concerns and we have taken then on board to ensure we continue to provide the excellent service that we take great pride in and we hope you love the desk, the pictures we seen were stunning.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any more concerns and we will arrange a call back from senior management.

Issues! but all resolved
Firstly, I had to wait 10 days for the desk to arrive and that was only after I had to chase Yo-Yo.
They said they were out of stock but then suddenly the desk arrived, read into that what you will.
When the desk arrived the plastic cover on the right-hand side of the desk was cracked. I have emailed Yo-Yo twice through their support page but no reply. Perhaps leaving this review might get their attention, maybe not.
Shame, the product is quite good, but the communication is non-existent.
Update. The Customer Service Manager has been in contact not only to resolve the issues previously stated but also confirmed personally to me that this was an isolated incident and should not be considered their normal service. It is only fair I mention this as they have made the effort.
