This desk is a game changer! Only problem is - it is SO heavy to lift to raise it - that will do your back in for a start! Needs two people to lift it.

I’m A bumpy start, but once we launched, service & delivery were bang on.
In my opinion, due to their success and their product they are very busy. Their processes are on catch-up. Good luck to them. I am more than happy with the product. Very good value, and feels likes a quality solutions. Well built! I put it together myself, very straightforward.

My installer was excellent. Really went the extra mile to make sure the outcome was effective for me.

Product looks like what I need and the payment process was fine - however, I can't rate the product itself as it still hasn't arrived. Like another reviewer has pointed out, it's a 6-8 week wait that I wasn't made aware of during the purchase process so I am a little disappointed.
Hope the product arrives in the time frame as is as good as the reviews.

Purchased Pro 3 back in 2021.. best purchase I’ve made never faulted me! So in terms of long term use never had an issue. Not used in a couple weeks I noticed it no longer functioned. So I thought maybe the fuse is gone as it’s been many years.On the off chance I thought let me just reach out and see if I could get support. I half expected a “buy a new one” or 0 support! However I got the quickest response when I say quick I mean within 30mins I think of a support email and I delayed by 3 days to reply once I did within 20mins a response and the issue was fixed. A simple rest was needed. So after sales support really shocked me and that’s something you don’t see in anywhere anymore! Anyone who’s thinking buying I’m sure I wrote a review years back but they install schedule a time with you nice and easy the guy who came to install was respectful shoes off etc done the job made sure I was happy etc. so great business.

The Yo-Yo DESK PRO 2 standing desk arrived on time and was assembled very quickly by the technician. Having used the desk for around a month now, it works exactly as described and I can't find fault with it.

After registering my complaint Yo Yo were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue (which was actually due to a third party carrier). Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Very happy and I would highly recommend both the company and the product.

Wasn’t told 8 week wait until after purchase so still waiting for delivery.

Delivery went very smoothly and the desk works great.

It's really well made. I bought the small desk model to fit into a narrow office/3rd bedroom. Very solid piece of furniture!

The service was great, couldn't get the website to work correctly to order so e-mailed and dealt with a customer service agent via e-mail and paid on a link and got a custom deal with advice added re products i was potentially ordering.

The product was ok, the finish on the edges isn't brilliant and not really as pictured. It's a bit rough. Functionality however has been great and I'm enjoying standing and not sitting as much!

We bought a Yo-Yo Desk Rise to use for crafting. Its perfect and very easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and each item well labelled.

Very helpful customer service advice over the phone prior to buying the desks. It was great to speak to an actual person who knew the products really well, and answered all my questions, was polite and helped me decide which product to buy.
