Yo-Yo DESK® Avis 

Speedy service and product as described, I have used it every day and it is very comfortable to use.

Unfortunately, I’m going from proponent (And previous buyer) of Yo-Yo DESK to someone who feels unfortunately let down. I purchased a second new desk in the past month, and a day or so after ordering it, they ran a 15% promotion. I contacted Yo-Yo to see if they’d provide me the promotion, I never heard back from them. Then the desk finally arrived (late) and with the wrong colour surface. I chased them up on both the supply issue and the discount and again they never responded. The right work surface finally arrived another 2 weeks later and again I chased them. The finally offered to send me a free mat which I did not need. I was simply after the discount I could have easily received by cancelling or returning the desk, and have since chased this again never to hear back again. I’d now suggest avoiding these guys disappointingly!

I love this desk. Loved it so much at work that I bought myself one at home too! Sturdy, easy to use and really helps with back and leg comfort whilst working. Delivery and customer service was fast and efficient at time of ordering

The product supplied is not fit for purpose. - a corner desk with insufficient support across the joining desktops. the resulting experience when rejecting the product with Yo -Yo is also very disappointing - I will be instructing my bank to obtain a refund. I have subsequently purchased a SecretsLabs Desk - the quality of product for the same purchase price is night and day - avoid this company.

Arrived really quickly, product is exactly as described. Easily fits a laptop and 2 monitors on the top level, and then keyboard and mouse on the lower level. It is quite heavy to lift up and down

Desk arrived and whilst the installation was faultless, there were marks over the surface. The fitter spent 30mins trying to clean the excess glue but some marks remain and look like scratches. The fitter raised the concern with YoYo and asked that someone contact me, which hasn't happened

The customer service received from Yo-Yo Desk is just superb. I had an issue when my FLYTTA 2 sit-stand desk bought from Yo-Yo in 2019 stopped working - I wasn't even sure if the company was still in business!
On the contrary, they are very much in business, and David at Yo-Yo Desk was extraordinarily helpful.
He dealt with FLYTTA and the problem was resolved quickly in a matter of days.

I haven't received my desk as it has been delayed multiple times. It's not a good idea to ask for feedback before the product has even arrived.

***Updated*** So the Yo-Yo Desk did arrive after some delays and I am very pleased with it. Much cheaper than buying a decent sit stand desk and gives you most of the functionality. My small gripe is that I have to help lift the platform for the last 1/3rd of the elevation. I have a large monitor but it is below the specified weight limit so I thought the elevation function would be effortless. Not a massive issue for me but less able users might find that a challenge.

Adviser on online chat helped me to choose the right desk and monitor arm which were both delivered promptly.

Desk was recommended to me as I suffer with back issues. Very easy to assemble and operate. With zero fuss, I can go from seated to standing.

Really good customer service from start to finish. The product itself is fantastic too.

Bought the Yo-Yo small size desk as flatpack self assembly. Took about 90mins to build but was quite easy with clear instructions. Feels solid, works very well and feeling the benefits of being able to move to standing position periodically. Overwhelmingly positive feedback, albeit there is a minor wobble when typing when you stand the desk on carpet (probably fine on hard surface), and it would be good for taller people if it raised another few cm to max height (I'm about 182cm).
