Great desk, and a great company!

Strong and sturdy and beautiful. It looks great in my room. I’m actually using for a home music studio and it’s great for lots of heavy gear if you have it.

I also ordered it in the afternoon and they shipped it the same evening for next day delivery! It arrived early the next day.

Highly recommended.

This desk has considerably improved my working space and productivity. It easily fits 2 laptops, large screen, printer, phone, keyboard and mouse and I still have work space left for papers. I can adjust the height easily to standing or sitting, and really enjoy working at this desk.

Delivery was fast and I could choose the delivery date that suited me.
When my desk was delivered I was sent the wrong colour desktop but the Ergo team promptly sent me the correct one which was good.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no communication from the courier so I didn't know when between 8am and 6pm I would receive my delivery. It would be great if tracking updates were sent.
All in all though, a great shopping experience!

The desk top was already CNC drilled so all you had to do was use a couple of bolts instead of making holes yourself as the manufacturer instructs.
Bought some other products that were all of excellent quality.
Had a query about my chair which had a handle broken upon delivery, they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

Fantastic service, the day after the order I recieved both an email update then a phone call from a very helpful lady called Elaine. Recieved the desk the day after. Just brilliant service all around

I don't normally write reviews, but the customer service (Elaine) was amazing. So helpful in temrs of talking through options for what I needed in terms of the desks, colours and delivery. She even arranged a different courier so that the items (one corner sit-stand desk, and one normal sit-stand desk, CPU units and cable management trays) would not be left on the doorstep, which was really helpful for me, as a single person.
The desks themselves are excellent. I managed to put the single one together by myself, but needed an extra person to put the corner desk together. So far, I'm really pleased with the purchases, which I've been using for about a month now.

I contacted customers services before placing an order and Elaine was great - prompt response, clearly articulated the responses and was very polite. After ordering Elaine confirmed the delivery details quickly (next day delivery!), and then when I did have a minor issue with one of the pieces that arrived Elaine and the team quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The desk itself was simple to put together (as much as this sort of item can be), looks great and is very sturdy. Through a few of the accessories I was able to have a neat finish with integrated cable management and the right ports/connectors for peripherals available at just the right places. The items from Ergo Desks are definitely premium prices, but I'm happy that the products and customer service lived up to my expectations.

She replied almost immediately to any of my emails/calls and was very clear and concise with most of her communication. And she was very respectful.

Whilst I decided to not proceed with an order I haven't had this level of amazing customer service in a long time. So 5/5 to Ergodesks from me!

From ordering samples to receipt of the desk, the customer service was great! I wanted to wait until i'd used it a bit before submitting a review but the desk has been great so far! Really pleased with it and it wasn't too difficult to set up, especially with the video provided.

Bought an Autonomy Pro frame (and later an Apollo for another room) from Ergo Desks 3 and years ago and have been very pleased with it. It's very solid, well made and easy to use.

After 3 years of no problems using it heavily, daily, I had an issue where the legs got themselves out of sync and the desk was left wonky.

I contacted Elaine at Ergo Desks through the chat on their website, a process which is usually horrendous.
Within only a few minutes of my desk getting stuck, Elaine was was able to direct me through a few troubleshooting programs and was able resolve the issue completely.

Fantastic service and a great product.

As expected, lovely finish, instructions fairly straightforward, very sturdy and robust. The individual parts are heavy so make sure you've got plenty of space, and have the top flat on the floor, upside down, with the cable holes furthest away from the wall, before you start to assemble. Definitely needs two people, and two different sizes of positive screwdrivers. Make sure you follow the initiation steps for the motor, and you can't go wrong. Great product.

Second desk I’ve had from Ergodesks. Lots to like, good website with lots of information about the products. If you have a question the chat support has been great. Quick delivery, hassle free arrangement of it as well. Product is quality, love it.

The height adjustable desk has really changed my life. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because there was no manual attached with it - what made me spend a bit of time figuring out how to put it together. But overall highly recommend it to anyone looking for height adjustable desk.
