Absolutely lovely desk. Very fast delivery. Easy to assemble. Smooth motor. No shake at max height. Would highly recommend.

Great product! Easy enough to assemble. Very responsive from the staff on delivery updates (which there were delays).

Brilliant, I love it however there were no instructions in the box!

Overall a good quality product.

Pros:
Sturdy, roomy with a solid frame which prevents any flexing of the desk.
Reasonably quiet motors
No wobble at all
Feet on stand to level desk on an uneven floor
Excellent customer service
The white frame is exceptional and a real bright white.
Cons:
L-shape requires all 3 legs are plugged in meaning you can't be creative with your matching corner piece
Routing wires has to be done on frame building, which is quite awkward to retro-actively fix.
At the price paid, I honestly would have expected the back of the desk to have a tray to hide additional cables.
the graphite finish is crap. It's a vinyl finish (expected) with all the joins on display and it's a lot lighter than it looks in the picture. I'd stick to either a solid white/black or natural wood finish.
No where to cpu mount a tower meaning it either has to go on the desk, or on the floor (with long cables to have enough slack on the standing/sitting feature)

I'm really pleased with the 1600mm x 800mm table that I have bought. The table top is very robust and as for the legs, well, they are very strong and sturdy. Before purchasing I worried how wobbly the table would be, as I had used a manual ergonomic table from Ikea at a previous company, and it wasn't that stable. This table is solid, it will not move. Sure, if you have a hot coffee on the table and you knock the table, it will disturb the drink, but the table won't be falling over.

You can store four different table heights in the up/down memory bank, and my only tiny niggle is that you have to keep your finger on the up/down button until it reaches the height in memory. I would have liked a one touch and it wizzes up or down, but it's a really tiny niggle.

Ergo Desks kept me updated from payment to delivery and it arrived, I think, within a week.

Really, really impressed with Ergo and their desks.

Ergo desk was accessible through phone calls when I first enquired about the desk I wanted to buy and helped me make sure it was the right desk for my needs and requirements.
When I placed the order, they contacted me and confirmed the delivery date for the next day, and the delivery was on time and smooth.
The desk was exactly what I had ordered and needed, and a few weeks in, it's working perfectly fine.
I would defo recommend them.

Had motorised desk delivered. Was dumped on pavement driver refused to help me carry package to door (weighs 80+kg) and wouldn’t take palette away either which I now have to dispose of . On top of that had to reorder as motor didn’t work and organise collection of damaged desk. Painful process

Overall, the buying and delivery phase was perfect, did not take long to deliver an even though it was delivered on a pallet you have to dipose of we used this as spare wood for odd jobs. Building the desk was very easy and the YouTube video was a great help to go with the instructions which were a little hazy. Would recommend buying some cable management supplies to go with it, but other than that everything was brilliant

The order process was simple and painless, with a good range of desks to choose from across a broad price range.
Communication was fast and friendly.

ADDITIONALLY - I preferred not to have built in port holes in the desk top as I like to have my cables run straight down the back of the desk and the added useable space in the corners. One simple email to the team after placing the order and they sent the desk without port holes; brilliant service.

On your website it would be helpful to say the type of material used for the white finish on the Top Finish, and if you don't specify the cable tray, some way of attaching the power cable from the main electrics box to the underside of the desk so it doesn't just hang there. These are minor points that would make your product better.

The table was delivered on time, packaged well and performance is good. Very happy with purchase.

One month since purchase. Firstly, the desk is great: solid, big enough, pretty easy to put together, and electrics work a treat. Secondly, the customer service is outstanding. The instructions for my desk, and where the holes were drilled, differed slightly, but ultimately made no difference to how the desk operated. Yet Ergo still provided a small courtesy refund, having answered my calls within seconds. Strong product, strong service.

Desk is great when assembled and working. Having the option to sit or stand is excellent and good to have this at home now. Assembly instructions could be better as it's not immediately obvious what bits go where. Youtube tutorial helps a lot though. I had assumed the top would be pre-drilled or marked in some way, but it was not. Some kind of template would be good to locate where the controller and any accessories should be installed to save messing about measuring etc to get them in the right place.

Arrived on time, assembly was easy as the information was good.
