great product. The chair was very comfortable just as described. It took me a couple of days to get used to it as I had used my old one for 20 years. Now it feels so comfortable that I am not even aware of it!
What also encouraged me to purchase the chair were two things: Good reviews on Trustpilot and the very helpful customer service, I contacted them before I purchased and they helped me with every step and helped with suggestions once I had received the chair. Very pleased with the chair and service.

Much cheaper than buying new
Delivery was efficient and the unit I ordered is in good condition considering it is used.
Definitely would consider purchasing another per loved unit

Really impressed with this company
Really impressed with this company! Their customer service is great and they are really proactive which is a rarity these days. When the product we ordered (lockers) was not available they suggested a suitable alternative. We unfortunately encountered some issues with the locks but all our problems were addressed promptly and efficiently and followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy. Problems are always going to happen but it's how they are dealt with that makes the difference and they really stood out to me. I would definitely use them again.

Quality and affordable product plus excellent delivery
The customer service and delivery were great. The product, a light Grey Tambour Cupboard with sliding doors, was of a very good quality for a used product. It saved me money as the brand new one cost almost double the price. I would highly recommend Ergo.
