From my initial phone call to purchase and delivery of my new office chair, the service was exceptional! Annie went out of her way to accommodate my inability to climb stairs and arranged for me to try various options in a downstairs area. She was amazingly helpful showing various designs and I was under no obligation to make any purchase. When the chair was delivered there was a slight problem which Annie sorted out swiftly and also followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was happy. We ordered a few items of furniture for an office I was moving into. The move date got delayed but this didn't bother Ergo they held onto the items and delivered when they said.
When the furniture showed up the quality was A1 as described. We were up and running in an hour on deliver day.

order arrived quickly and although some bits were missing these were quickly and without issue replaced by the company

I had good communication with Amy from the Sales Team, who gave me the product I was looking for at a good price. There was a small hiccup with the product delivery, but this was quickly rectified and the product was delivered very promptly. I definitely would deal with Ergo Outlet again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Placing the order was easy and quick, I just needed my tape measure to hand and followed the clear steps online and was kept well informed on my delivery. The panels were delivered directly by the company and installed which was a fantastic service and super friendly.
