Erth Labs Avis 

Ordered product weeks ago and a label is still waiting at the shipping company for the PRODUCT, so the company clearly needs to get better at shipping their product!! Also, zero response from the company from multiple emails sent regarding lack of product received!!

I ordered the product 3 weeks ago. They charged my card immediately. Emails have gone unanswered. I did get one from Jordan and was told it would ship in 3-4 business days. It's been six days and nothing. More emails have gone unanswered. This is a total scam!!!!!

I never received the product. Wrote multiple emails with no reply until 2 weeks later with an excuse that my order went to the wrong warehouse. Shortly afterwards I received a frother and scoop in a package that had a label saying that was the final items in my order. I waited another 3 days then called my bank to challenge the charges which was charged the instant I ordered even though it wasn’t shipped. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had in my history of online shopping.

No contact with customer service all my emails go on answer. I got unsuspected subscription charges. I had to go in and personally cancel everything I did not authorize. I’m going back to RYZE

This is a scam!! I did get a starterskit without the book and the stickers. Customer Service is not responded and they wanted too take a lot of money from my bank account, different amount, every week!! My bank blocked every payment and told me this company is a scam and blocked everyting. DON'T DO IT!!

Unfortunately, I never received my order which was placed on June 30th. I was asked via email if I wanted to cancel order (asked for an update and was told it was on back order) and never received a response after I replied that I would like to cancel. I see on FB and IG that many others are having the same issue.

The product taste good but it took so long to get the product.

Terrible. They're copying everyone else. Don't buy.

The original order took over 3 weeks to receive instead of the 3-5 days promised with no reply from customer service when contacted through an email.

After receiving my initial order, the milk frother was broken. I sent an email and photo with no response from their customer service.

My last and final email to customer service was to not ship any more coffee to me and stop the automatic delivery subscription!

This morning I got my only email from Erth Labs and they wanted to know about my experience with Erth Labs and give an honest review!

Coffee has an aftertaste and their Customer Service sucks! If I get another shipment after cancelling my subscription, I'll be writing another review!

They said they have a money back guarantee, but they DON'T! Also, they keep sending me coffee and I can't stop them from sending coffee that I hate! I had to dispute with my credit card company and had to get a new credit card just to stop them from charging me! I emailed them many times, AI responds and does not listen! No phone number, they are terrible!! Do not purchase from them!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
First order: $50+ coffee products two weeks ago. The order was programmed for shipment via Uni Uni but it seems to have disappeared along with any response from emails sent to Erth which doesn't offer a customer service phone number. I wonder why?
My next step are reports to the FTC (Federal Trade Commision) and BBB (Better Business Bureau). This slippery service needs to be stopped.

So far everything is great. I love the flavor and smoothness. I've only been taking it a week, but feeling better so far. I've tried other brands but at the moment I do like this one better.

I purchased on a special. Didn’t like it at all compared to my reg mushroom coffee. Contacted and asked for a refund but have heard nothing from them.

I purchased the Erth Labs Superfood Brew Starter Kit after seeing a Facebook advertisement that prominently promoted a 45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, stating that if I wasn’t satisfied, I would receive a refund “no questions asked.”

After trying the product, I decided it wasn’t for me and contacted Erth Labs within the advertised guarantee period to request a refund. Rather than addressing my refund request, I was informed that my purchase had enrolled me in a recurring monthly refill program and that another order had already been processed for shipment.

I immediately attempted to cancel the subscription using the customer portal link provided by Erth Labs. Unfortunately, the portal returned an error stating that my order was “not for product: Superfood Brew 1 Month Supply,” preventing me from managing or canceling the subscription through the method the company instructed me to use.

Despite my repeated written requests to cancel my subscription, stop future shipments, and honor the advertised satisfaction guarantee, I later received another email advising that an additional order was about to ship. I also continued to receive marketing emails and was unable to unsubscribe.

As a result, I disputed all charges with my credit card issuer after making multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter directly with Erth Labs.

My concern is not simply that I didn’t enjoy the product. It is that my experience did not match the expectations created by the company’s advertising regarding its “45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee” and that I encountered significant difficulty canceling what I understood to be an unwanted recurring subscription.

I hope Erth Labs will review its customer service processes and subscription practices so that future customers have a clearer and more straightforward experience.

This coffee taste like it's name, dirt!! I asked for refund and they sent me another bag of this disgusting stuff. They obviously don't read their emails or care about the customers.

They never sent my items. No response to my emails. Customer service is non existent. A rip off.

I do not recommend this product. I did not enjoy the taste and after a week of low energy and headaches I returned to my regular coffee. Also if you buy the starter kit be sure to note the small print at the bottom that you will automatically be billed for and sent another order in 30 days. They say they send a warning email to alert you of this but they don’t. So I am stuck with more of this 😐very unhappy customer

You can respond to your emails. You can add a customer service number and actually have someone who supports the customer when there’s a problem I would like a refund for the product that you sent that was delivered to the wrong address. Your customer communications are atrocious, and there is no way to contact you outside of email which you don’t respond to.

Horrible experience. The “coffee” is meh, but worst is that I’m stuck in Hotel California over here with this BS subscription I didn’t sign up for. I can’t get into the portal to cancel-constant error message. Rachel Peake “customer service” is giving me the runaround so looks like I’ll have to report them to the bank and cancel my CC to get rid of Erth Labs. Ongoing May-july2026

Do NOT purchase from Erth! It is impossible to reach customer service, no reply, need to cancel your Credit card to stop subscription. Overpriced product and I am so sorry I ever bought from them.
