I’m forced to select a star otherwise it would be zero. The coffee taste horrible but their customer service is worse. I’ve sent multiple emails since there’s no phone number to call anyone only to not receive a response. I’ve canceled my subscription and I highly recommend not to buy this product.

Still waiting for my delivery....order few weeks ago. Crickets over here, Hope it's soon!
Did receive an email about failure to ship on their part, but not supposed to ship for another week. Would think they would make it a priority... New to product and not a good impression.

It took almost 3 weeks to get the product. I was given 3 different excuses when I questioned why it was taking so long. So now I haven’t had enough time to see if the product is any good. I cancelled my subscription. It does have a good taste though and there is no sludge at the bottom of the cup.

Because I have not received your product yet and it’s been over a month.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This has been a horrible experience! I ordered a one time shipment, but multiple attempts have been made for subsequent orders! I have sent numerous emails requesting the subscription, that I didn't place, be canceled. This has been going on for over 2 months. I placed a stop payment at my bank, but they keep trying. The product itself is substandard. I sent a message via Facebook, but shocker, got no reply! Shame on these crooks! Save yourself time and money! This company is not legitimate!

Awful company. I ordered and never heard a word, then they sent an apology for being crappy and assured they fixed the issue. Still no product no response from company. No money back. They don't deserve the one star I gave them. Erth labs is a joke and a scam and I will let everyone know until they prove me wrong with my order or refund.

I have been drinking the coffee for two weeks a nd have not felt any change. I have three bags of this stuff so I will continue to drink it until it is finished. Perhaps I will feel the changes expressed in your claims in the next few weeks.

AVOID!! This merchant is a scam, pure and simple. Product tastes like dirt and provides no health benefits. Customer service is non-existent. If you take advantage of their trial offer, you are required to sign up for a subscription. They claim you can cancel that subscription by navigating to a "Manage Subscription" tab on their website, but no such tab exists. No response to emails. Dispute your credit card charge.

Excellent product and delivery, but the website is clumsy and often not functioning well.

I ONLY received a wooden spoon and frother with my FIRST order, no brew, no guide. I emailed the photo of what was delivered and NO REPLY to my email. I received another email for a 2nd order which i did NOT place. I emailed again and requested CANCELATION OF ALL FUTURE ORDERS and a REFUND for BOTH transactions as i have not received anything. Per instructions on the website, i tried to log in and CANCEL, but your site says I cannot log in. “ order found, but not for product”!! THIS STATEMENT PROVES NO BREW WAS EVER SENT TO ME!!! Your site also says 24/7 customer service!! WHAT A JOKE!! THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have NOT received a sigle reply to any of my emails!! CANCEL everything and refund my money!! Erth isn’t for me, I sent an email to Erth customer service support and over 24hrs and have not heard back. So not very happy with that! I’ve also asked how to terminate my subscription because it won’t let me and also no response.

I was supposed to be notified when my order was dispatched?

I ordered my beginners kit almost a month ago and still haven't received it. I have reached out for assistance and no one is responding. So I feel like it's a scam. And I am out $40. Don't waist your time with this company

I have reached out to the company three different times with the correct Support@erthlabs….. I checked the websites. I’ve responded back to other emails and no one has bothered to get back to me. The Customer Service is beyond poor. Your product is good however I keep asking the question is there dairy in your product and nobody will let me know. I know there’s collagen aside from the mushrooms and I felt a bit more bloated and I was just curious to see again if there’s dairy in your product, but nobody will respond again. It’s just repetitive.

Order paid for 3 weeks ago, have yet to receive the product

I ordered this coffee they took my money on may 27,2026 it is now July 17,2926 no coffe I have emailed them 4 times with no response. There is no way to reach them and they keep sending me emails to purchase it how rude is that. If anyone knows how this is happening I am out of ideas to get my coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!or my almost 50 dollars
