Up until I brought a new computer it worked well, I am sure you are still monitoring this one, but I cannot be sure.
I still get bombarded by other computer companies to buy their security systems in my mind if these companies have to resort to this, they must not be very good.

Automatically saving auto renewal, hiding the little tick box to turn it off, and then saying the update is taking longer than expected to save? What a load on unethical rubbish. Never again would I use you.

Ten Years A Customer Of ESET Policies.
I have been a customer of ESET Digital Security Policies for many years, and I shall continue to purchase ESET Policy renewals when they come due in the future because:
1) I feel that my Laptop computer is safe.
2) ESET Digital Security policies are very good ‘value for money’!
3) With my Laptop home computer, if the ESET Digital Security service suspects a potential problem, it alerts me immediately to any threats plus accurate advice on what to do.

Happy, but I have an issue
I am a long time user and generally well satisfied. However I have just renewed a 3 device ESET HOME Security Premium package, and have so far unable to activate one of the installations (onto a HP laptop).
My Home Account reports that the Installation is installed and active, but the device(HP laptop) does not seem to recognise this at all ...... perhaps ESET can suggest a possible fix?
