Eseven store is selling fake stuff at a real price. They do not respond to any email you write to them. Shame!!!!!

they’re scammers, i’ve been asking for a refund for over a week and they reply with an automated message saying that they’ll transfer it to the department even though that’s just something they’ve been saying repeatedly and nothing even happens. they don’t even ship the order guys please don’t order from here they’re scammers

Worst delivery and return policy

متجر خدمته سيئة الطلب له اسبوع ماتنفذ وخدمة عملاء ماعندهم اجابه لك ولا يفيدونك بشي. كنسلت الطلب واخر مره مع المتجر.
Very poor service. My order was not processed for a whole week, and customer service had no answers and were not helpful at all. I ended up cancelling the order. This will be my last time dealing with this store.

Very bad customer service. They came back after 5 days of placing order saying that the product is not available. The refund mechanism to the credit cards is not available.
They initiated a bank transfer and it never reached my account. They are not sharing the transfer details allowing me to inquiry about it with my bank

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Eseven Store. I placed an order that was clearly advertised with a 4–12 day delivery timeframe. It has now been over a month, and I have still not received my package.

I have repeatedly tried to get updates and proper tracking information. The responses I receive (if any) are generic and do not resolve anything. The tracking link provided does not update or shows no movement. This is misleading and unfair to customers who pay in good faith.

They avoid the question about a refund.

This is false advertising and a lack of accountability. Don't make the mistake of buying from them.

طلبت منهم ووصل الكرتون تالف وعند الاسترجاع وافقوا وارسلت لهم الطلبية وبعد خمس ايام رفضوا الاسترجاع لأن الكرتون تالف وقالوا ادفعي ٣٥ نردها لك من جديد ، طيب كرتونكم تالف من قبل ما استقبله انتبهوا عند الطلب منهم

طلبت جزمه ووصلت بكرتون مشقوق وطلع المقاس غير مناسب سويت طلب استرجاع وحرصا مني لزقت الكرتون عشان ماتتاثر الجزمه اتفاجا برفض الاسترجاع عشان الكرتون ملصق عليه طيب مو ذنبي هو كان مشقوق هذا جزاي المنتج وصلهم سليم ولا فيه شي الكرتون مو انا اتحمله
