Great price for great product.
So far I'm impressed with my purchase of the E5000 Luxe Series.

How it holds up long term is the only question unanswered and only time will tell.

The assembly instructions are not clear. I had to go to your web site to figure it out. The pad on the bed is not firm, it's hard. we had to buy a pad to make it comfortable. But the bed itself works great. she is getting a full night's sleep for the first time in a year.

Eshinesleep has great customer service. I ordered a patient adjustable sleep bed, I called/emailed the customer service to cancel the order the 2nd due to my own reason. Customer service worked timely to refund me. I do trust and recommend this company based on my positive experience.

i made a complaint because i was notified the order had ship and a week later i tracked the package and found that only an label was requested. customer service told me i couldn't talk to someone about it because receiving orders was at a high priority and you didn't care about orders that were already paid sent emails with no answer. i put review on facebook. i also notified deer and deer hunting of the situation because they recommended you. i did get the package after 14 days. never got a response from you.

Only had the bed a week so far it’s great. Platform moves well quickly quietly only downside is the massage feature is a bit noisy and jerky. Delivered quickly within a few days of ordering four boxes for a split king. Single person assembly quickly, very little assembly, so far it’s great bed, great product, hope that continues overtime

Quick to respond to questions, shipping times were reasonable.

Got a very good deal on sale then found a $50.00 dollar coupon, great bed with many functions on the remote control never slept better, this bed was actually for my dad he loves it.

Customer service was great to work with. There was a shipping issue but it was corrected immediately.

Purchased this bed for 84 year old mother in law who cracked 2 ribs and can not easily get up from bed. Bed arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. So far, MIL has been sleeping well and was able to get up on her own.

My 92 year old mother loves the eshine bed. She moved into an assisted living facility and has to have her own furniture. The bed is perfect.

I'm really happy with the price I got. Delivered to my door and it's the best matres I've ever slept on.

The entire bed is quality made. The mattress is excellent and comfortable.

I really appreciate the company resending me the power control for e2000. The one that is on the website is for e3000. Company was quick and timely to get me the correct part

Got this bed for my dad who had just come out of the hospital. A life saver! And way cheaper than a hospital bed.

I sent an Email on a Sunday and got a response on Monday and few days later everything was resolved. Excellent customer service, great products!

Love our new bed! Split king was absolutely the way to go for our different needs and preferences. Great price, good quick response to questions.

After ordering the E2000 bed with 14 inch mattress, I so much wanted to like this bed. I contacted Eshine customer support to get some expanded legs for it to fit in our bedframe. The first delivery made it from CA to all the way down the street from me here in Tempe AZ. Fedex reported the package was damaged and they returned it back to Eshine in CA. I email Eshine Customer Support about the failed delivery and they said it would go out "expedited". Four days later the status was still showing "Label Created". I'm glad they didn't send it regular priority. Four days later it actually arrived as two separate packages. One of which was damaged and obviously wrapped with LOTS of tape. Since our bed is a split king, there were 2 packages each with 6 legs for each side of the split king. This was the same damaged package from the first delivery. I sent them pictures. When I opened the damaged package, there were only 5 of the six legs for one side of the split king. Each leg was wrapped in a small bubble wrap bag, and the empty bag was still there from the missing leg.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REPLACEMENT LEG. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOMORROW I PLAN ON CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CONTEST THE CHARGE.

Recently the remote control for my new eshine bed was tossed in the laundry with the covers. I ordered a new one and it was delivered and easily programmed to my bed within 5 days.
