We bought the lined shades. We also bought top down bottom up shades. We love them. They are nice quality.

Terrific options and the quality is great. I love the motor feature. This was 75% less than the cost of an estimate I received from an installer.

We had a minor issue with the spacing of the holes on the mounting board. We found it easier to just drill new holes but the company seems responsive and likely would have made it right.

Excellent product!! I have ordered the Belgium Flax Linen curtains 3 times now. They are lightweight and easy to install (both with hardware or without). They are light filtering but offer privacy. Highly recommend! All my orders came sized perfectly and I could not be happier with my Neutral Curtains purchases!

I do love the look of the blinds I ordered! Definitely scooped in by low price in advertising…by the time you’re done I would say price point similar to other online companies (just blinds select blinds etc that I’ve ordered with in the past). Shipped quickly, great quality. My one blind won’t extend fully- the bottom bounces back up about a 1/4”…we were out of town for a family emergency for several weeks so I did not get to hang them until almost four weeks after arriving, therefore didn’t bother reaching out. I have always added a 1/4” to my measurements on blinds to assure they’d rest on the sill- this is the only time I haven’t done that and wish I had! I’m wondering if they can be released a bit in back but afraid to try! Will call customer service and ask! Overall great quality, love the look.

Found this company online and was skeptical of ordering. I was worried the influencers were giving it high ratings of course because they get paid! But let me tell you, I am impressed and would order again! The Roman shades are exactly has expected and great quality and would order from them again in the future

This is a terrible company. Lost my order, said they would follow up, forgot, and then they said they would only repay 90% of my order. Complete scam. Its been 1.5 months and nothing but 2 instances of forgetting to follow up with me. Blinds come from China so youre not getting them anytime soon anyways. Buyer be very aware.

Quality of the installation was a disaster. No instructions were sent with shipment. There is no possible way to install the bracket from the top and side which is more secure. The fixed screw on the bracket is too short to allow the installation of the wing nut. For shades that will be adjusted multiple times of the day, a side only installation is not acceptable since overtime wear and tear will deteriorate the stability of the shade. The quality of the material is artificial looking and does not resemble the more wicker, bamboo look. Sample was not adequate to reveal true look. Very slick ads that do not tell the whole story. Customer service was not helpful and refused return.

04/03/2026: Neutral Curtains contacted me to say that they will proceed with the return. Their response was good. From the beginning I wanted to maintain a good relationship for future orders. It was encouraging that they were willing to work with us and proceed with the return. I trust that they will follow through.

We love our new bamboo Roman shades! We loved the variety of options and being able to order samples to determine the perfect shade for our home. The measuring guide online made it easy for us to figure out exactly what size shade we needed. The delivery timeframe was very quick from the date of purchase, considering it is a custom order. Insulation with quick and easy. Our new shades changed the look of our living room room entirely. We could not be happier. I can’t wait to finish out the rest of our home.

Horrible!!!!! Can not use these. Everything looks purple or lavender when hung in window. Not like sample or web picture. So upset!!! Thousands of dollars wasted!!!!!!

Good pricing but quality is not there. Customer service was great in sending me a replacement when measurements were off. However even the replacement shade is not the right measurements and it’s too much of a hassle to reach out. All of my windows measurements are off so it is really disappointing.

I am searching for the right color and texture. Ordering the books gave me an opportunity for true matching. They also send the liners you can choose from - which includes 100% black out.
I have made my selection and am ready to order!!
