I ordered my Eskuta bike through our cycle to work scheme. The company responded quickly. Once my details were completed, they phoned to arrange a date for delivery, which takes about 7-10 days as they are made to order. Day of delivery by the company, I was shown how to operate all functions and test ride the bike, well impressed, I wanted an electric bike with little effort needed, that's exactly what I got and more I love it. Customer service was excellent from day one, speaking to them was no problem, and you spoke to an actual person which is an achievement, well done everyone.

I Oder a battery charger first thing it came very late and second is that the charger was so bad that like in 1 hour of using the charger it blow up and so I lost £64 pound and a battery beacuse of you bad charger and I didn’t even get my money back
If u can do me a favour please give me my money back

Bike itself us very comfortable very disappointed from day one. I have reported this to customer service no action has been taken yet.
Not even had a year yet
Not even had a year yet, only use to and from work, rear break light went a few months back, was contacted and told theyd send replacement cables and lights. Still chasing that up and now the bearings in the front motor/wheel are grinding. What a waste of nearly £500. No engineer has even offered to come out. Iv been very patient more patient than most. And still they somehow seem to be dragging their feet.

It’s a great product but if you come to repairs nobody really wants to do it nobody knows much about it and Eskuta does not have workshops anywhere .so it’s a big problem if something goes wrong

If there's less than One Star, I would give it to this company... Eskuta Bike was supplied with broken chain (got photos), Ordered 2 pairs of Mirrors as accessories still waiting from November and not received them yet (Fully paid and got Evidence) , no response from their customer system on my last 3 emails (sales department ) I have CC'ed every single department on my last eamil (sales, customer service and Eskuta contact) , No response, No phone calls from them to apologise or even update me on when will the spare chain would be sent, or what's their plan to address the problem, so much anxiety and frustration were caused to me for almost 2 weeks, all they care about is MONEY. It is so selfish, and unprofessional. If the time goes back, I would never buy from them! NEVER.

Amazing bike.
The order to delivery was very quick and efficient.. if your looking for an electric bike that is also really comfortable with brilliant suspension then look no further ... you really need one of these bikes....

Terrible service
Terrible service, not trust worthy and reliable. I decided to cancel my order before items were dispatched, and it took nearly two months to get refund and that was after chasing number of times for refund payment. They have policies in place for refund which doesn't even mean anything to these guys, they don't even follow their own policies (How pathetic). Avoid at any cost dealing with these guys

Exceptional, personal service
I bought one of the first series SX250 Eskuta bikes 4 years ago and unfortunately I began to have problems with it earlier this year.
The servicing and sales people at the company headquarters in Nuneaton have been amazing and I am sure they have gone the extra mile on everything they have done for me.
Sadly my bike couldn’t be fixed, without a very detailed and time consuming investigation. However the engineer Paul and sales person Michael went above and beyond to provide me with a refurbished bike which I am pleased to say has performed really well on our last Motorhome holiday of the year.
Everything was delivered as promised, so thanks folks for restoring my faith in your company.
