A brilliant company who I can trust.I've ordered dinning chairs and a coffee table,the things were well packed.The whole process since I ordered the goods was good.I was well informed about the delivery. The guys who delivered it were very nice and polite.
The company also gave me some discount.
Overall my whole experience was very good will definitely recommend this company.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Ordered a bed from this company since 2/2/25. Came with missing parts and it was damaged. This company has stressed myself and my wife out. They have the worst customer service. They said they will send the missing parts and give compensation. However before they can do that my wife have to delete her trust pilot review first. Now we have been threatened that they will not send the rest of the parts nor compensate anything as they do not want to come and get their bed. I’ve never experienced any kind of blackmail from any company like this. They even lied about the delivery date then they started lying about when we will receive the missing parts. It started with its coming Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. (Today is Friday & because my wife asked for her compensation to be refunded they dropped the phone because she won’t delete the trust pilot review until she’s happy with the service and stated they’re not sending the missing parts. This is not ok. It’s appalling.

By far the worst service I have ever received. All updates I got I had to contact them. Difficult company to deal with. They don’t like to communicate they told me to stop messaging them. They’re very rude! They only respond when they want to and will only answer what they want to. I had to wait 20 days for a bed delivery and those 20 days it was frustrating. It’s unfair after spending £1300 on a bed frame. They have all the time in the world for you until they take your money.
Fast forward. Bed got delivered with missing parts and damaged. When I call I get threatened they’re hanging up. Mind you…. You’re not allowed to talk! For the sake of your sanity. DO NOT ORDER beds from this company. They’re lucky they even got 1 star. If I could give 0 stars. I would have done just that! So disappointed by this company considering the reviews they have which is why I ordered from them in the first place. Definitely will not be ordering from them again!

Good service throughout my experience with Esme kept updated throughout waiting for my items to come delivered when said very happy with my dining room table &chairs and the console table.

We are in our 70s and was worried about esme furnishings but how wrong we were. there couldn't do enough for us informed us every step. The man on the phone was so lovely and kind reassuring us .
The table is gorgeous I will definitely be buying of them again infact I'm looking now haha thank you so much MR PHONE MAN xx

Bought 8 dining chairs from this company and was really impressed with the excellent quality of the chairs and the very reasonable price. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Delivery was very quick and the driver was professional and really cheerful. 10 out of 10 for this company. 👌

Excellent quality Dining Set, just as described. I actually went to a well known bed retail store where they wanted £300 more for the exact same Dining Set and onto of that it would have taken an extra 2 weeks for delivery.

We ordered our 6 chairs at a great price. Esme kept us up to date with our order as it progressed though their system right up to delivery

My first time dealing with this company. I found they were responsive to queries and always tried to be helpful. I bought a velvet swivel chair. It's beautiful and elegant and very unlike anything else I had seen. No issues with buying from them in future.

My experience with ESME Furnishings was dreadful, marked by dishonesty, deception, and unethical behaviour. I ordered a bed on 19th October 2024, advertised as “in stock, ready to ship” with a wall-mounted headboard. On the day of delivery, the driver confirmed the headboard was not wall-mountable, directly contradicting the product description. Their customer service also admitted this error in a chat, but when we rejected the delivery, the company falsely claimed we had changed our minds.

The same evening, they quietly updated the product description on their website, confirming they knew the original listing was misleading. Despite providing clear evidence—including screenshots of the description, their chat admissions, and delivery details—ESME Furnishings refused to issue a full refund and withheld £350.

I was forced to file a claim against them to recover the remaining balance, which I successfully won. This company operates unethically, has a registered London address, with no showroom or physical shop, suggesting it’s run by a small group operating out of 'Bradford'.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid ESME Furnishings. They are deceitful, untrustworthy, and show no respect for consumer rights.

Also, I wonder why don't ESME Furnishings do not have a 'Google' Business profile (with Google reviews) page.

We bought the Kelly sofa, we had some slight issues with the delivery but then I spoke with James from customer services who was extremely lovely to speak with, so understanding and even gave us a good deal on a footstool to match the sofa. The sofa is stunning and so comfortable. We absolutely love it and the service I received from James made us forget about the issues that we originally had! 5 stars! Thank you James ! We are so pleased
