An admin called Fa0st says that using the 'N' word in game, twice, is acceptable and only allows a warning. When you then contact an admin during your game and the other team unpauses to cheat, he also think that nothing should be done and is fair. Useless website.

Lagging as hell the first time I played. Now when I am gonna try it for the second time I have waited 11 minutes for a matchmaking haha, still not match writing this. Will not upgrade if this plattform sucks this much. Regular CS2 is more okey, even if it has more cheaters.

This platform has been only cheaters since its release. The head admin allows it and is friend with tons of cheaters.

Racist playerbase and unprofessional support
I have tried to play using this platform for CS2, as opposed to using FaceIT.
Damn, was the experience much worse.
This platform's playerbase is full of nordic people that are racist to you, especially if you only speak english.
The inbred swedes, finns and norwegians will throw racist statements and slurs at you, kick you of the game and even troll the game.
If you try to raise a ticket to support, they completely ignore you, because ESPORTAL is a swedish company.
I would recommend to no one to use this platform, unless they are a nordic inbred themselves.

Pampersbarn som driver en portal. Admins usla, ett annat pampersbarn kan få dig banad utan vidare förklaring enligt anledning "admin discretion". Inge vidare på att stoppa fuskare heller.

Man får "ban" hela tiden, även om du betalar för att vara medlem. Du får inte längre spela med svenskar utan det är frukantsvärt "inkluderande" :) Sämsta skitet jag spelat på någonsin! Faceit är kass men esprotal är mycket sämre....

Jeg kan ikke bekræfte min mail, den siger ''For mange anmodninger, prøv venligst igen om 1 minut.'' hvilket jeg har gjordt op til flere gange også endda på forskellige browsere. Jeg vil så prøve og lave en support ticket får at få hjælp, som jeg så ikke kan oprette. Det er yderst dårligt sat op, og jeg vil håbe jeg kan modtage noget hjælp i fremtiden.

Very bad platform with noobs. If you had 10lvl faceit and can play beter then Sweden bots they will ban you for smurf and don't remove your card for premium subs and charge your. SCAM project with dead way. No money,no future!

Banned for over 45 days for smurfing
Banned for over 45 days for smurfing - not smurfing only had a good game. They keep closing my ticket's. and say they will open them when they are done reviewing. No ETA, no updates for 45+ days.

Efter min første match på platformen blev min account markeret som smurf. Har været i kontakt med support og De påstår, at jeg har en anden account på platformen, hvilket ikke passer.
Meget ringe support.
Har også fået en masse spam i Outlook siden jeg signet på denne platform.
