Espresso Rescue Avis 85

My Sage machine needed some TLC as it wasn’t heating the water to the required temperature. Even after a descale no water was coming out the water spout either.
Arranging to get it in to Espresso Rescue (who are local to me) was easy and all communication was done by WhatsApp. Once they had a chance to review the machine and assess what was needed I received a detailed quotation on the Monday, itemising the parts needed and associated costs. On the Friday I received a message to say it would be ready to collect early the following week. I collected it and it’s been running like a dream ever since. It might sound silly to say a coffee machine has sentimental value but it does and I’m so pleased it’s working as it should.
6 month warranty in labour and parts is great too.
