Highly recommend. Vittorio was great and really took care of our coffee machine. We received videos of our service and constant communication throughout. Not only was the machine serviced but parts were upgraded, a little leak fixed and the machine polished. We will be back for our next service.

Good communications, satisfactory value for money and the optional extra of restoring the metal to a shine is impressive.

Vittorio was extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issues with my machine sending me images and videos of all the problems unearthed and giving me options of how to proceed with full pricing. Given the age of the machine and issues identified I asked for a full refurbishment and an upgrade to the steam wand (cool touch and s shaped). Vittorio made an exceptional job of this, the machine looks like new and with the other small internal upgrades he made along the way is probably better than when it arrived from the factory 14 years ago. He even offered to help me with inital dialing in of my new grinder (Always used preground before) and gave me a small bag of his espresso roast coffee (which if you like a good intense but smooth traditional Italian style espresso - I do - is beautiful). Service of the highest standard at a very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Espresso Rescue to anyone needing repair/upgrade, Thank you Vittorio.

I contacted the team via whatsapp and sent a video together with my issue, and my machine needed to have the grinder looking at.
I was told it was an easy fix and was informed that I didn't need a service as the machine was otherwise in good working order.
Great communication, fair prices and great work would definitely recommend.

Sage Coffee Machine. After 18 months without a machine and nobody seemingly able to repair Sage machines I was stuck. Then I came across these guys and it was sorted in no time. Easy process and very local.

Espresso Rescue have fixed my DeLonghi La Specialista machine while many other repair places refused to even diagnose a home coffee machine. The repair was carried out as soon as the parts arrived and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Definitely recommend.

My Rancilio machine was not working well and I booked it in for a service, dropped it off and picked it up a week later. It’s better than new. I had a new pump fitted as well as the regular service and it has made a big difference. Coffee is superb, smoother and tastier with the same bean blend. Thanks ever so much Espresso Rescue. Espresso Rescue did a fantastic job on my Sage Barista. He took the machine in quicker than expected and gave me a breakdown of the issues only a few days later. Upon collection he also provided me with advice on keeping the machine in good order going forward! (As well as a sample of high quality Italian beans!)

My Sage Oracle just a week before Christmas had stopped working. It seemed inevitable I'd be without my coffee fix for the festive period. The machine was teetering on the edge, about to fall into the deep crevasse of my local refuse centre; or at best have its limbs and organs donated for recycling. But then I discovered Espresso Rescue!! Based in Nottingham it was easily drivable from my home in Derbyshire. I dared to imagine that Oracle could be resuscitated. And Espresso Rescue really did come to the rescue. Oracle amazingly is back home - serving up delicious Italian coffee that I was able to purchase from them on collection. Espresso Rescue clearly know their coffee machines, and are expert surgeons in their field. They are excellent too at communicating with the anxious owner, through WhatsApp. I thoroughly recommend them and will definitely be returning for regular servicing👌
