The bottle was damaged and they would not provide a refund.

Pre-delivery: ease of ordering, personal customer service was very good. Delivery: the wine was delivered one day later than "overnight" paid for; wine had leaked during transit, and the front label was badly stained. A major disappointment, given the price of the bottle.

Fantastic service and delivery

Wine arrived late. I was traveling for the 4th. When the driver delivered it, I was away. I spoke to him remotely. The driver suggested I refuse it to be returned and shipped again. Estate was prompted in answering emails, but refused to ship a new bottle.
I had a similar issue with wine.com.
They refunded me right away.

I had trouble with the delivery of my wine. Drew was very responsive and after a bit of back and forth via email, Drew picked up the phone and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction. He took what could’ve of been a negative experience and turned it into a positive one.

You shipped it to the wrong address. When I contacted you about the issue you told me it was your mistake and that FedEx would return it to you and you would credit my credit card. Then I received a notice from FedEx saying they delivered it to the mail room at the club ... I'M NOT THERE !!!

Drew is extremely knowledgeable and made the experience so simple and easy, great choices of some vintage wines for me to choose from, the wines were delivered the next day as promised, truly a seamless transaction!! Would use estate wine brokers again in a heartbeat, thx again, Russell Douglass

Prompt delivery with the correct product

Good pricing on wine with great provenance; excellent shipping/delivery.

I paid the extra money for two day delivery so the bottle of wine which was going to be a birthday present would arrive before the celebration. Two day delivery (Friday) turned into six day delivery (Monday afternoon) and the birthday celebration took place on Saturday. Estate Wine Brokers would not at least refund the $30 I paid for the two day delivery

I had a deadline for a wine dinner and they went out of their way to make sure i got my wine on time.

The bottle of wine I requested was intended as a special gift for a renown neurosurgeon who performed a very complex procedure on my husband’s spine. The surgery was very successful and to express our gratitude, we wanted to send him an exceptional bottle of wine that we know he would appreciate.

Upon receiving the wine and unwrapping it, we discovered that the bottle had leaked and we were not sure whether we would get a replacement, or even a refund. To our surprise, after presenting the problem to our representative, the wine was immediately replaced and delivered without delay to our surgeon’s office.

We are so grateful to Estate Wine Brokers, and particularly pleased with our personal representative’s effort to quickly resolve the matter. We highly recommend Estate Wine Brokers for their quality wines and great customer service.

Fast reliable

They won't stand by their wine they ship and send a form response when a complaint is filed. You are much better off finding a local retail store, or buying through a better know online company, than these folks.
