I know little about wine
I know little about wine. They offered to upgrade shipping, but only gave me 4 hrs to respond and they were closed when I got off work. So now my wine is ruined and when I tried to contact them, they said the only way that i could talk to them is by phone. Well, I’m at work most of the day so I can’t really communicate on the phone after work. I drive over to pick up my kids once I get my kids. I have to cook dinner once I cook dinner I’ve been working on my own business that I’ve been trying to start, I don’t really have a whole lot of time to be talking on the phone. It would’ve been better to deal with it just through email but instead of trying to help, they just gave me attitude. Never again.

Did the order to get the 2006 Amorone
Did the order to get the 2006 Amorone - and added 2 just to try your service more. The Amorone was struck from the order and the other 2 were sent to me. I'd have cancelled those 2, with the out-of-stock, if given the choice.
