This is a SCAM site!!! Got weird email with personal name (probably domain expired or something) and realized it was a scam, should have realized app fee 145 usd sounded too high. There is official ESTA app. Google should not list it so confusing.

yes a scam, redid it on the official site and got approval in an hour,

cancelled it with my credit card co, if enought people do the same (refund) credit card cos will withdraw access- looking forward now to all the fake phones and credit card accounts

Scam. Overcharges for ETSA application. Says on the website will get application in hours. This is not true. I applied early August, by 16 August one day before I leave to the US they cannot tell me if I have received my ETSA application or not. Luckily I checked on the actual website (once I learnt this was third party) to start a new application and it said I had an approved application already. Recommend you check this if you have accidentally gone with this scam company.
