The staff were helpful, but the website could be a bit clearer. For example it is not very clear that the AztecFlex student package includes both Aztec and AztecCrystal.

The page was easy to use. My biggest complaint is that the shipping options were too limited. Ideally, we would have been able to do overnight shipping, which was not available, and use our own shipping account, which would have saved us some money.

I paid extra for 2-day delivery. That was last Friday, I think. It is Thursday today, and we still have not recieved the item

The service was very good and quickly. AZtec is helpful for analysis EBSD data.

My package was sent to the wrong address and when I went to follow the link in the email sent to me for the tracking number the link was broken. So I had to try to locate what delivery service delivered my package through trial and error of entering in my tracking number into different websites. When I finally found the right service, I found that my package was delivered to the wrong street address because the shipping label address did not match the delivery address (my address) in the email. Luckily I was able to retrieve my package before the household had a chance to return it but overall not a great experience.

It would be very great if we could pay the order by bank transfer from our university instead of by credit card, which in ocassions it is very difficult to carry out.

The purchasing software is similar to that of other platforms. However, due to the particularities of my institution I needed a different payment method. The customer service worked perfectly. Andrea offered me every support and facilities to make the purchase without problems.

I think remote operation is a pretty cool thing, and it's a necessary step to go through. So I'd say keep doing it, and having more hands-on opportunities would be even better.I hope to see more advanced techs in future attempts.

I received the wrong product. You cannot call and speak to anyone. I just got the run around, and then what I think was a voicemail.
