It became clear to me that I purchased an x-ray detector along with an SEM, not directly from Oxford Inst.

Well-made and easy-to-use online shop. Purchase history available. Just one star less because of an issue with payments by credit card during checkout. However, support is present, reacts within a reasonable time and provides real help. Very quick shipment if products are on stock. Overall a very good experience: I recommend it.

Die Bestellmodalitäten waren zwar etwas verwirrend (als öffentliche Einrichtung konnten wir nicht über unser System bestellen, war nur über den eStore möglich), aber wir hatten jederzeit einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner.

I submitted a previous review about a delivery delay, so the Oxford e-store followed up on that and informed me that the delay was due to UPS experiencing weather issues. We are expecting the delivery today.

Alfredo gave us the training. He’s enthusiastic and insightful for the EDS class training. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery, good material

I got an excellent support to finalize our order and to fulfill our complicated administrative requirements.

Overpriced, slow shipping and sourced from overseas so don't be fooled by the UK shopfront. This company charged me VAT and then I received another VAT invoice from their importer. Would be fine if they tried to sort this out, but firmly attempted to fob it off onto me. Won't be using again.

Fast delivery for a broken cable, a bit expensive but not time to repair it in the lab.

Customer Service was friendly and responded very quickly to questions.

I finally managed to use the software after two weeks trying to solve the issue. Many thanks to the techniciatian :)

Ordering from the website was robust and clean. The E-commerce team members were also very open and helpful in instructing the procedure. I asked for a quote before ordering, and I gave it to the University to order the product. There were some issues for my University to proceed through the webpage. However, the E-commerce team accepted my profile on Behalf of the University and I could quickly order the products with an invoice for the University

It was the first time I bought AFM probes through your website and I found it quite complicated, especially in the case of 30 days payment. However, the ecommerce team in particular Andrea was very helpful and the process was very quick

payment against invoice was not possible in the beginning, but was made possible. Email contact for this was very good and fast.
Address information on the package was incomplete and it just luckily reached it's destination, because the postwoman knew my name. The building and room number that I had given was just added on the delivery note inside the package and missing in the visible address outside.
