Our Consultant was Phil Ogden and he made a complex and stressful process very simple and stress free. He was always patient and extremely knowledgeable at his job.
I would highly recommend Phil and EPS and have done to many of my friends.

Our process took place over Zoom with Nadine Abrahams, as there is no senior consultant in our location.
Using Zoom did not adversely affect the process and we found Nadine to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Estate Planning Solutions was excellent
Estate Planning Solutions was recommended to me by a friend and I contacted the lady I delt with from then on. She had very good social skills and was very good at presenting the will writing package to me. I have only praise for the way she manoeuvre through the sequence of events to the final signing.
I am considering using the same company to set up a trust for my house and also for my daughter to have them on record to handle probate and similar.

Fantastic personal and professional service
We had a personal recommendation from a friend who had used the services of Paul Dodsworth. From the very first contact Paul was professional, friendly and took time to explain all the options we had in plain English and with no pushy sales waffle. Paul came to us at our convenience and we found the whole experience from start to finish excellent and would highly recommend. Getting organised about such matters is often something you put off - too hard, too complicated etc. but having someone walk you through it meant we finally got it sorted!

Fell at the first hurdle
Fell at the first hurdle, thought someone would call me to explain a little about a power of attorney before setting up a call with my parents who require PoA for, but never received this call. When I asked why this was the case, I was advised the call was just to set up an appointment with my parents, that if I wanted information in the meantime, I should on the government website. This company seems to lack foresight in its customers needs. I say this because i advised them that my father may lack capacity, and may be confused about the appointment, but to mitigate against this i could talk to him first.My question is, why would you tell customers to look on the government website for information about PoA when that's why they have come to you. I feel like you have really missed the point here. What ashame, just relieved I didn't instruct you to deal with this matter.
